Lovely place with excellent location!

Tran’s place was absolutely lovely. Walkable to old city yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfasts were amazing, basically all you can eat. The suite itself was immaculate, the bed was a tad stiff for those that prefer softer mattresses. Tran organized a scooter for us to rent for only 150k which was a nice touch to explore the surrounding (beautiful) area. They can also book tours to the variety of tourist spots nearby and were always at reception for any questions. Would recommend this place to solo or couple travelers looking for a great time in Hoi An.

This home stay is definitely the best home stay. The room is as promise and even better in person. The room felt like a 5 start hotel. The breakfast was amazing. I truly recommend this stay. It is centrally located to everything.

When I first went to the entrance, I thought there would be a lot of bugs in the accommodation because cockroaches and lizards were walking around, but it was a reversal. I was surprised that it was incredibly clean. You can trust and go!!

Brian's place is a very good place to stay with local reviews, and it was really happy that we could stay at their inn and be cared for by every staff member. The location of the inn is excellent, the part of the meal is also excellent, and I also take a hotel cooking class, which is really recommended!

Very helpful staff and quaint, peaceful lodgings. We were allotted rooms on the upper floors of a large, beautiful house with luxurious wooden staircase and very aesthetic furnishing. The walls are well soundproofed. Top floor rooms can become hot during the day, and the air conditioning is not always up to the task. Open the windows to let in a cool breeze. The reception staff are very friendly. There is no kitchen and you have to order food with Grab or eat outside, but there are plenty of other perks. There is a laundry service which takes less than 24 hours. Water bottles, teabags and coffee powder are provided daily in the morning. The room is very spacious and comfortable. There are fish in the small pond outside, we could see them swimming from the window. The view outside the windows were also very nice.

Very nice apartment, super comfortable, exactly like on the pictures. Super services included, no bad surprise, people were responsive and very attentive to our needs. I really recommend this accommodation !

Mr Phong, his accommodation and his staff embody all that Vietnam has to offer. Service of a rare quality. Always sound advice. Our stay was perfect, thanks to the attention we received every day. We couldn't have hoped for better!

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect - right on the outskirts of Old Town in a quiet little street that has a magic of its own. The staff are lovely, attentive, and friendly. Breakfast was extensive, the rooms were comfy, and the pool a nice to have. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant as well. There's a piano in the foyer that's completely out of tune, which would have been nice to play if it was in working condition!

Really great place to stay

Excellent room, very clean and spacious, one of the best places we've stayed in Vietnam so far. There was some noise until late (around midnight) coming from the kitchen downstairs and from people in the lobby and in the stairs but nothing else to point. The villa distances 1,5km from the old city but it's flat all the way and in the villa they lend you bikes so we had a good time.

Amazing place!

Our stay here was perfect! Lê helped us book tours and arrange transportation (shuttle to train station and a motorbike to go to the beach). He provided us with info on nice restaurants and local dishes. Also delicious breakfast cooked for us each morning. The room was clean and bed very comfortable! City centre was 10 min walk, but still the accomodation was quiet (only frogs and crickets;) ). Thanks for everything!

The room arranged by the front desk was a little damp, and after I requested a change of room, the front desk changed it in time, and I was satisfied with the accommodation.

The stay had been very pleasant. We felt welcomed and right at home. The place is clean, well-equipped and walkable to Hoi An's old town.

Long's place is true to the homestay's meaning as we really stayed together with him and his family. The house and room were very cozy, quite clean and sufficiently equipped for our stay. Easy parking for our car was also quite a plus, though the house is only a few minutes away from the old town. Long and his family members were so friendly that we felt much welcomed. Very recommendable!

Very nice stay here. Grateful for your hospitality and very good breakfast! The place was clean and safe - perfect for a stay in Hoi An. In walking distance and possibility to rent a bike cheaply right next door. Convenient and nice place. Very central location, but quiet at night. Especially kind, warm and helpful host and family.
