Access to the city center is a 2-minute walk. 10 minutes by car from the winter resort of Lioran or ULM-oies. Location close to the Auvergne mountains (Puy Mary, Plomb du Cantal, GR departure) which allows many hikes for nature lovers. Or beautiful rides on motorcycles or bicycles. Waterfalls, burons and Salers will be waiting for you.

The calm of the surrounding nature, the view of the Claux valley and the surrounding mountains make this place a peaceful oasis. As soon as you walk through the door, cyclists, mountain bikers, hikers, riders or paragliders, you're on your way. And after this nature bath, an outdoor relaxation area with sauna and Nordic bath awaits you (by reservation and with surcharge).

The house is 8 minutes by car from the Col du Pas de Peyrol, 5 minutes from the Nordic resort of Col de Serre and 20 minutes from the Lioran resort.

Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
