A wonderful accommodation for a few quiet days with friends or family. There is a lot of space in the house and in the garden around the pool and pool house, so also ideal for dogs and children on vacation. Quiet surroundings around the house and the beach in Geraudot is within walking distance. The street in front of the house is only moderately busy and is no longer noticeable, especially at the pool. The house and pool are very clean. In the kitchen, everything is available in useful utensils. Communication with Anthony was very pleasant and uncomplicated and he tries to respond to all requests so that the stay runs as smoothly as possible. We enjoyed the time on site very much and would like to book again if it suits us again.

Valerie is an incredibly sweet host, upon arrival 2 bottles of champagne were ready and honey from the region,nearby many hiking possibilities and excellent to tour with the motorbike,was great 👍

We spent wonderful last vacation days in this nice cottage! Emmanuelle was incredibly friendly and hospitable, and the cottage was fully equipped. A big plus: the dishwasher. The shower was also surprisingly nice – good jet. The swimming pool was really enjoyable, especially on a warm, sunny day. We were able to relax in the garden, have a drink, barbecue and enjoy the peace and quiet around us. Also top in terms of location: the supermarket and a good bakery are only 4 minutes away, so everything is within reach. In short: a comfortable, complete and quiet stay. We would love to come back here again! 🌞

Very nice host and wife. the cottage was equipped with all comforts and we enjoyed the swimming pool and the jaquzzi enormously. An oasis of peace. The garden is amazing and well maintained. We were allowed to taste cherries from the cherry trees. We were in transit, but a second night would have been very nice. We hope to come back sometime.

Our night in the accommodation offered by David and his partner was great. They are welcoming and available to their guests. The accommodation is impeccable, very clean and well arranged. Air conditioning is really a plus. ☺️ The bedding is great, especially after a long day of cycling. 😅 The setting is peaceful, relaxing and surrounded by greenery. The big positives: the dinner offered at a ridiculous price and served directly in the accommodation, in this case on the terrace, and then the breakfast again homemade, which was excellent. I highly recommend this listing 😁

Fantastic apartment, very clean and comfortable. Spacious enough to enjoy our quick stop in Troyes with 3 of us. Note parking is a public car park and a little walk away. Host was very responsive and helped us out when needed. Would stay here again.

The most important point is that Christian's accommodation is very well located, close to everything! in the heart of Troyes, close to the cathedral etc... it's really a plus! For people in cars, there is space all around, there are paid streets and others that are not. The accommodation is very peaceful, well decorated and the bedding comfortable even if the cushions are a little soft but that's a matter of taste and color☺️. The accommodation is more suitable for 2 people (you have to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom or the toilet) the bathroom and the toilet are small but the walk-in shower is very spacious! Great for showers after a long day! Christian is a very responsive host.

Raphaëlle and Renaud's apartment is very well located, next to the train station and at the entrance to the traffic jam. Private parking is a real plus! The apartment is modern and has all the necessary comforts. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. I can only recommend it to you.

Everything was great. The apartment is great location for enjoying the surroundings. It is also very clean and very well-equipped. Perfect for this short stay for my daughter and myself. In addition, Alexandre is very responsive. We'll be back with pleasure!
