The guest house consists of one large room of 30 m² (heated by central heating), with a sitting and dining area, a kitchenette (fridge, 2-burner induction hob, combination microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc.) and a 2-person box spring. The offer is WITHOUT breakfast. A BBQ is available for rent on site.

The renovation of our studio has just been completed, and everything is NEW! A mix of beautiful materials, color and vintage features this small but nice place. Walk from the studio into the forest or explore the countryside by bicycle. Or visit the cozy city center of Deventer, because it is also easily accessible at 6 km away!

This half of a farm (85m2), located in nature, has beautiful views over the countryside. The apartment is completely private with its own entrance and parking space and is furnished with a spacious sitting area and a luxury kitchen. The entire house has floor heating. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and induction cooktop. There is a beautiful bathroom with a second toilet. The bedroom contains a box spring. In the private shed, electricity is available for the bicycle.

You like a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easy to reach. Welcome to our nature cottage on the Eikelhof, in the outskirts of Deventer. Here in the middle of the countryside, we offer you an escape from the hustle and bustle of the day. We have converted our former young cattle barn into 2 rural rooms where comfort and authenticity go hand in hand. On our terrace, you can enjoy the view of our meadows, while our curious cows keep you company. Due to the safety in and around our cottage, it is not suitable for children.

Roos & Beek: cozy enjoyment on De Veluwe!

Welcome to Roos & Beek The cottage is wonderfully quiet in the outskirts of Vaassen on the Nijmolense stream where you can now also follow the Klompenpad of the same name. But of course you can also take a nice walk in the woods or on the heath. Within a few minutes, you can cycle to the city center, the forest or the Veluwse Bron. We have completely renovated the former bakery in a luxurious rural atmosphere. The enjoyment can begin.
