Obschon mitten in der Stadt ist ein ruhiger Garten sowie ein kostenloser Parkplatz (ansonsten überall gebührenpflichtig!) auf dem privaten Grundstück vorhanden. Geschäfte und Gastronomiebetriebe finden sie direkt vor der Türe. Sehr gute Autobahnanbindung für Ausflüge in ganz Vorarlberg, CH und D.

The cozy chalet in the spa resort of Wienacht-Tobel, high above Lake Constance, invites you to relax and unwind. It's situated in a peaceful setting and offers a breathtaking view of the lake. The region is a paradise for nature and sports enthusiasts: numerous hiking, cycling, and swimming opportunities await, as well as nearby ski lifts and toboggan runs. In the neighboring towns of Rorschach, Heiden, and St. Gallen, you'll find a variety of shopping options and restaurants to suit all tastes.

The renovated apartment is equipped with new furniture and impresses with its bright and friendly atmosphere. The apartment can accommodate 3 people. A few minutes' walk away you will find the picturesque Rhine, which invites you to take relaxing walks or bike tours. The surrounding area offers numerous bike paths that lead you into the surrounding nature. The bus is in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is in the middle of the village center next to a bakery (open 7 days) and a butcher shop.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Two modernly furnished rooms in an architect's house for up to two guests in rural Walzenhausen with separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. The view over Lake Constance and the ambience make a relaxing stay possible. A kitchenette is available with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. The village centre (public transport, bakery and pizzeria) can be reached on foot in two minutes and is the starting pint for many activities in the region.

This house is located within walking distance to the center. It is located in a quiet environment and offers plenty of space for two people. The very large terrace has a nice view. Seating and sun loungers are available. Furthermore, a carport or parking space (depending on the size of the car) is available to guests free of charge directly in front of the house during the stay. There is also a lockable basement room in the garage (e.g. for bicycles).

Starting point for many excursions

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The apartment is located in a 2-family house on the upper floor. There is a private entrance, parking and a carport. In a garden lounge you can really relax on warm days. It is a central starting point in the middle of the Rhine Valley for hikes and many beautiful excursions. We are located 10 minutes from the Swiss border. Only 15 minutes to Lake Constance, as well as to the beautiful Bregenz Forest. You need about 45 minutes to get to the Lech/Zürs ski resort.
