It's the perfect starting point to discover the picarde coast and "Baie de Somme". The beach is 100 meters up the street. Ideally located at 100m from shops and market place, the house is full of light and can welcome 7 people thanks to its 5 bedrooms, including one with ensuite bathroom and balcony with partial sea view.

Dans une rue très calme, la maison dispose d'un salon, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une chambre en rez-de-chaussée, salle d'eau et une très grande chambre à l'étage avec toilettes, une cour bien exposée. Elle sera parfaite pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis!

Notre maison est située en plein coeur de la ville de Saint Valery Sur Somme dans le quartier du Courtgain, ancien quartier de pêcheurs. Elle bénéficie d'une vue imprenable sur la baie, depuis chaque pièce. C’est une vraie maison de pêcheurs, avec une façade à colombage et un escalier typique. Il est assez étroit et déconseillons les personnes à mobilité réduites et jeunes enfants de choisir ce logement.

This small house is ideal for couples, solo travelers, families with or without children. (small bathroom) Four-legged companions are accepted, but not allowed in the bedroom area (upstairs). The cottage must be returned clean, floors, clean toilets, dishes washed and put away, trash cans emptied, linens used combined. you can choose to meet these conditions, or pay the cleaning fee on-site €30

Mon logement est à 200m centre ville et de la plage. Vous l'apprécierez pour son confort, son emplacement qui vous permet de stationner votre véhicule (gratuitement!) devant celui-ci sans souci de place car nous sommes situés dans une impasse. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants).
