Hello and bonjour, My name is Nicola and I'm Scottish but love the fantastic countyside here in beautiful Burgundy. Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Lots of interestings places to visit,wine to drink, markets, restaurants, castles, nature. Beaune 25 minutes, Dijon 40. Local market in summer in Pouilly en Auxois on a Friday. A bientot, Nicola :)

La grange

A 10/15min de Dijon, en voiture, dans un village calme, logement d'environ 50 m2 avec mezzanine, dans une grange rénovée à neuf. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. ( frigo-congèle, four, plaque de cuisson, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes). Sdb avec douche et WC. Pour les couchages, un lit 2 personnes se trouve en mezzanine et un canapé convertible dans le séjour. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants). Wi-fi ou non.

J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Angélique and Romane welcome you to this 2021 house located quietly at the end of a private cul-de-sac. The Marcs d'Or district is located in Dijon on one of these heights and is a few minutes from the train station, the city center, the Route des Grands Crus and the International City of Gastronomy and Wine. You will have private parking for two vehicles in front of the house as well as three bus lines within a radius of less than a kilometer. Languages: English and Italian

Independent cottage of character of 39 m2 on 2 levels, very quiet, overlooking the garden. Main Floor: -Living room with TV, electric relaxing sofa - equipped kitchen: induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle (coffee and tea provided for the stay), - private terrace with garden furniture (from April to October). Floor: sleeping area with quality bedding (140*200), mosquito net; bathroom with bathtub / toilet.

Vacation home on "the Grands Crus route", with family or friends in an epicurean setting. A peaceful place to discover and explore the Beaune region and its surroundings. The place has everything to make the most of your stay in Côte d'Or among the 11 Vignerons in a cozy & bright place. Terrace facing 100% south. The house is independent with private access on the street/parking side, the garden side faces the guest house.

Free and easy parking on the adjoining street. Bus stop in front of the house. Essential shops nearby. Free Wi-Fi. Smart TV with Netflix, TF1+ and Molotov. Possibility of accommodating a child (convertible sofa).

Your 34 square meter, single-storey accommodation will be privatized on the ground floor, with adjoining terrace. Very quiet and cool place in summer, on the ground floor. Sleeping area with double bed, a beautiful shower room, a functional and fully equipped kitchen and finally a TV lounge with a sofa bed. Not to mention a privately owned outdoor area. Fiber optic wifi connection.

Located among the vineyards, you will appreciate its calm, authenticity, pool, gardens and magnificent views. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.
