Nous vous proposons de vous accueillir dans un studio indépendant situé dans notre domaine viticole à Gevrey Chambertin. La situation géographique est idéale : - Au cœur du vignoble - A deux pas du centre ville, des commerces, des restaurants et de la gare - Environ à 15mn de Dijon et 25mn de Beaune - Chemins de randonnée à proximité Amoureux du vin, nous pouvons également vous proposer une dégustation en cave.

La grange

A 10/15min de Dijon, en voiture, dans un village calme, logement d'environ 50 m2 avec mezzanine, dans une grange rénovée à neuf. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. ( frigo-congèle, four, plaque de cuisson, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes). Sdb avec douche et WC. Pour les couchages, un lit 2 personnes se trouve en mezzanine et un canapé convertible dans le séjour. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants). Wi-fi ou non.

Au rez-de-chaussée, salon avec poêle à granulés, ventilateur, TV/enceintes, espace café/thé (fournis pour le séjour), four micro-ondes, mini-réfrigérateur (pas de cuisine), WC. A l'étage, chambre climatisée, ventilateur, literie de qualité (140*200), espace douche ouvert. Espace réservé à l'extérieur (mobilier de jardin d'avril à octobre). Deux ventilateurs (en saison d'été)

Cottage (paradise)

Small house in the heart of a typical Burgundian village north of Dijon. Ideally located 7 km from the city center, 5 km from the Zenith Arena and 6 km from the gastronomic city and 7 km from the Norges Golf Course as well as 5 km from the Valmy business center. Our cottage has its own entrance and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and desk area, bathroom, toilet. You also have the option to request a crib. Linens provided.

Located among the vineyards, you will appreciate its calm, authenticity, pool, gardens and magnificent views. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.
