J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Afin de créer une véritable expérience de bien être, un spa est à votre disposition sur la terrasse ainsi qu'un home cinéma dans le salon. Je vous propose également des petits déjeuners ainsi que des planches apéritives et une sélection de boissons locales et vins.

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Ideal for a romantic stay, it can also be the starting point for sports holidays (hiking, mountain biking).

Floor: sleeping area with quality bedding (140*200), mosquito net; bathroom with bathtub / toilet.

Renovated old farmhouse on 2 floors: great calm, all comforts! Nuits Saint Georges at 10min, Beaune at 15min, highway at 10min. Ideal base for visiting the vineyards. Wood-burning stove in front of a wide sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet Italian shower, Wifi, 50"smart TV, board and outdoor games, barbecue, among others! The location is ideal if you want to discover the jewels of our beloved Burgundy such as Semur en Auxois, Alesia, Flavigny as well as Vezelay and many more. Two highway exits are 15 km away. Our village of Epoisses is looking forward to hosting you to discover its beautiful heritage.

The Epicureans

Vacation home on "the Grands Crus route", with family or friends in an epicurean setting. A peaceful place to discover and explore the Beaune region and its surroundings. The place has everything to make the most of your stay in Côte d'Or among the 11 Vignerons in a cozy & bright place. Terrace facing 100% south. The house is independent with private access on the street/parking side, the garden side faces the guest house.
