Holiday rentals with a patio in Dikastika

Truly a 1-of-1 space! Hard to find anything THIS perfect in the area. The living space was on the second floor and absolutely gorgeous. There are two bedrooms and the couch DOES turn into a bed. The balcony photos don't do it justice - it truly is a magnificent view. Perfectly centered next to every restaurant / shop you could ask for. Not to mention, historical sites are right at your front door! Couldn't have asked for a better space to stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Very remarkable accommodation especially for families and large groups near the center of Marathon. Both the house itself and the outdoor areas will more than cover you. There is a supermarket and a fruit market nearby. As for Hosts, I have no words. Really welcoming and kind-hearted people. We have nothing but the best to say. We recommend it!!!

We had a very nice and relaxing time in Saronida. The apartment was very clean with modern and new furnishings. The absolute plus was the large terrace, with a great view of the sea. Those who are bothered by possible street noise should consider booking, for us it was not a problem. Communication and tips were great 👍

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space. Very comfortable and Spyros was very easy to communicate with.

The apartment was wonderful. You feel at home. It was clean and comfortable. The big terrace was amazing. The whole day sun and shadow. There was water in de fridge, coffee, sugar, juice, soap, etc. The bed and linen were of very good quality and were very comfortable. Very good wifi. The apartment is in a residential area and was very calm. It is only 3 minutes drive to the beaches and restaurants. Vasiliki was super friendly, responsive and accommodating. She gave great tips where to go. I highly recommend this place. I will come back.

Thank you Alice for helping to make our stay in Athens so wonderful. Your apartment was spotlessly clean and everything was perfect. The apartment is a very spacious, beautifully decorated, well appointed with all the amenities one could ask for. We especially enjoyed making fresh orange juice every morning with the electric orange juicer. The location is very close (5 mins walk) to the train station and Kifisia shops and restaurants. The apartment is quiet and sitting on the balconies looking out onto the back garden is very peaceful. The window shutters are great to allow for a darkened bedroom for a great night's sleep. This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

Amazing location, the apartment has a lot of amenities, parking spot, great balcony, absolutely sensational sea view. Host is very nice, private, she lives in the apartment above. I would definitely return here. Thank you for having us!

We had a great stay with 4 adults, 2 dogs and a baby. The house (and garden and pool) is mega well maintained and super clean. Antonis sent cozy voice messages in advance with clear instructions and his mother received us well before the check-in time (this was not a problem). If there was anything, we could go to them all the stay and we were even surprised again with delicious fresh rolls. We went to Athens for 1 day, which was easy to do with a car. Furthermore, there is not much (in the low season) to experience in the area, but since the house is so nice, that doesn't have to be at all. Great stay!

The absolute best location and view in Athens!

Me and my friend loved our week here. Before we had even arrived Anna was helpful and quick to respond to any questions, she helped bus a taxi from the airport straight to the airport (and the same when we were travelling home), and even let us access the apartment earlier than 3pm to drop bags off! Artemida is a lovely location, beautiful beaches and great restaurants just on the doorstep. There’s little convenience stores round the corner, or a My Marker (a bigger supermarket) only 10 minutes walk away, which we found had everything we needed when getting some food in for our stay. The apartment is also above a cafe and a pharmacy. We loved having both balconies to enjoy the sea and watch the sun set/rise. The public transport is easy to navigate too, we had a day in Athens by getting the bus and the train! Overall, a lovely mix of city and sea and by the end of the week we wished we had more time :)

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

I can't imagine a better place to stay than this apartment in Athens! We will definitely stay again when we are in Athens. It beautifully designed, has all the amenities you need and then some and has the most beautiful balcony with a view of the Acropolis. Plus the host is so kind, helpful and responsive!! We are a family of 4 and it was perfect.

An amazing stay! The host made us feel so welcomed and so at home. The sweetest people ever. The place was beautiful and had modern and up to date technology. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was only a 10 minute walk to the metro and the host offered to drive us to the metro for free. If we return to Athens, we will definitely be staying here again! 10/10 experience.
