Holiday houses in Dikastika

Nous étions un groupe de 9 adultes et 1 enfant âgé de 4ans, le logement est spacieux et agréable à vivre, ayant la possibilité de s'isoler grâce aux nombreuses pièces, divers balcons, et grand jardin. Les ventilateurs a disposition dans les pièces au rez-de-chaussée était apprécié de tous, la clim au second étage dans les 4 chambres était Parfait. Les chambres sont très spacieuse et possibilité d'y ranger nos affaires dans les placards ce qui permet de ne pas laisser nos vêtements dans la valise. Deux belles grandes salle de bains, avec les articles nécessaires pour le confort de tous. Cuisine full équipés, vous pouvez préparez ce que vous voulez sans avoir une crainte de ne pas avoir cette ustensile. Il y a également deux wc au rez-de-chaussée, un plus quand le groupe est grand. Il y avait une piscine comme montré sur la photo, mais nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de la testé. Merci également à John un hôte excellent avec une communication au top du TOP !

Το μέρος είναι πραγματικά ένας παράδεισος 😍 Το σπίτι είχε τα πάντα μέσα νιώσαμε κατευθείαν σαν το σπίτι μας .. το μέρος ήταν τόσο ήσυχο που νομίζω ότι όποιος χρειάζεται μια απόδραση από την Αθήνα είναι ότι καλύτερο θα μπορούσε να επιλέξει ! Είναι πραγματικά ένα διαμαντάκι και κάλυπτε τις ανάγκες μας καθώς είναι πολύ κοντά στην Αθήνα έχει ηρεμία ιδιωτικότητα και πάνω από όλα το απέραντο γαλάζιο μιας και η πισίνα φαίνεται να ακουμπάει τη θάλασσα .. Είναι ονειρικό επιλέξτε το με κλειστά μάτια 😇 η κυρία Ελένη εξυπηρετικότατη ,ευγενέστατη αλλά πάνω από όλα διακριτική ! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την εμπειρία που εξαιτίας εσάς βιώσαμε ! Εις το επανιδείν 🙏

This is literally the best variant of live in Greece! The house was gorgeous - had all the amenities, very comfortable inside, some days we didn't even want to leave & just stay there :) It's very quiet so nothing disrupts the vacation, there's a beautiful nature reserve nearby, and there are so many tavernas and beaches within a 10 minute drive. Back to the accommodation - really, we don't even have enough words to describe how excited we are. The one thought that can describe how pleased we are with everything is “gosh, if we ever build our own house, we want to build one just like this”. And again, Katia is the most wonderful host! Thank you so much for the guide, for recommending different places and taverns for us to visit, and for her responsiveness and help throughout our stay! I advise all future residents to listen to what she says - all the places Katie knows are tried & tested and are really good :) This was our most comfortable and best vacation ever. Thank you so much!

We had the most amazing time at Giouli’s place. We were two families (total of 8 people) and had more than enough space for all and beautiful common areas to share. The house could easily accommodate more people and the pics don’t do the size justice. We also loved the pool, local beaches and even the small local cafe that sold amazing coffee and offs and ends. Would highly recommend this spot.

Дуже чудова вила! Фантастичний вид з гори на море. Мабуть не бачив крайовиду красивіше - можна годинами сидіти та насолоджуватись цим видом:) . Дуже усамітнене та затишне місце. Spyro супер володар - завжди піде на зустріч, допоможе у будь яких питаннях! Та ще цікавий співрозмовник :) Дякую!

Das Haus ist traumhaft und exakt wie auf den Bildern, nur noch viel schöner. Es gibt einfach alles was man benötigt. Sogar Kaffee, Spülmaschinentabs, Müllbeutel etc. werden gestellt. Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche rochen grandios und das Haus war wie neu, so als hätte noch nie jemand das Haus betreten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen! Der private Pool war ein Luxus für unsere Kinder. Zum Ende hin hatte unsere Tochter leider einen Unfall am Meer. Selbst da hat Maria geholfen und uns angeboten die Unterkunft noch länger ohne extra Bezahlung zu nutzen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Maria!

We had an amazing 10 days, the house is big and spacious with everything we needed. The pool is stunning and so much bigger than you often get with a holiday let. It was easy to spend a day at home in the pool. There are some really nice tavernas close to the house and the local beaches are wonderful. Athens is an hour away and we spent 2 days in the city seeing all the sights. Christos was a fabulous host and so helpful, his father met us at the property to settle us in and was lovely.

Joanna’s apartment is very spacious with large kitchen. It is located only about 2-3 minutes drive from the beach (Marathonas beach) which is one of the nicest beaches within less than 1 hour drive from Athens.
