Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Dikili

The unit was as pictured in the listing. The bathroom was beautiful and the modern kitchen contained all that was needed for preparing the occasional meal. We were short some sheets when we arrived, but the host was very responsive and brought them to us. The narrow streets and lack of parking was a challenge as we were not accustomed to this, but it seems to be common at least in this part of Mytilene. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Hüseyin Bey ve Ramazan Bey benimle ve ailemle çok iyi ilgilendiler. Kendi evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettik. İstediğimiz her malzemeyi ve ev eşyasını getirdiler. Çok kibar insanlardı, kesinlikle bir dahaki sefer çok daha uzun konaklıycaz. Hiç şüphe duymadan konaklanılacak bir muhit. Sarımsaklı sahile yakın,küçükköy çarşısına ise 1-2 dakika.

Das war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe von Zentrum Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Alpers Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und gut gelegen. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten an der Promenade. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr einfach und Alper schrieb stets schnell zurück. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent and elegant apartment, spacious and very well designed. Optimum position for walking around Myrina center, quickly accessing all bars and restaurants etc. You can even easily park your car about 5 minutes walking away. Kostas was a friendly and proactive host - the perfect choice when visiting Lesbos' capital !

Mikaela's place is wonderful, has a beautiful view and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage room for the size place. My wife and I stayed there for 9 nights and it was a great in many ways. It is very close to some restaurants that have delicious food. It is also close to anything else you need. We will definately book next year. Thanks Mikaela for making us feel so welcome and taking super care of us!!

Es war eine wundervolle Zeit auf Lesbos und Joannis‘ Apartment hat die Grundlage gelegt. Für den täglichen Bedarf ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Apartment hat alles was man benötigt, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Joannis ist ein super Gastgeber, der immer gut erreichbar war und hilfsbereit war alle Fragen schnell zu lösen. Ich werde immer wieder nach Lesbos kommen und zuerst schauen, ob sein Angebot frei ist. Danke.

4 gece ailemle birlikte kaldık. Giriş aşamasından çıkana kadar Özer Bey her türlü sorumuza ve istegimize özenli ve zamanında yanıt verdi. Ev fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibiydi. Arka bahçesi çok cici sabahları güneş alıyor akşamları gölge oluyor. Mutfak ekipmanı olarak kendi evinizde ne varsa hepsi mevcuttu. Alt kat klimalı, üst katlarda klima yok ama vantilatör iki odada da vardı. Her odanın kendi banyosu tuvaleti olması çok büyük bir artı. Evin bulunduğu sitenin havuzunu kullanmakta sorun yaşamadık. Yalnızca bölgede hoş olmayan bir koku hakim ve bu koku kaldığımız 4 gecenin 1 inde inanılmaz fazlaydı. Ama bunun evle bir ilgisi yok tabi ki. Evin bulunduğu site inanılmaz sessiz ve huzurluydu. Özer Bey e desteklerinden ötürü teşekkürler. Kesinlikle bu bölgede tercih edilmesi gereken bir evdi.

Tarihi dokusunu koruyan üç katlı bir Rum evinde konakladık, hem estetik hem de konfor açısından beklentimizin çok ötesindeydi. Her katı özenle ve zevkle döşenmişti; antika detaylar ve modern dokunuşlar çok dengeliydi. Evin atmosferi o kadar huzurlu ve sıcak ki, gerçekten kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Tam 8 kişi konakladık ve herkes çok rahattı. Temizlik konusunda da her şey kusursuzdu. Hem keyifli bir tatil hem de estetik bir deneyim arayanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz gerçekten. Ev sahibimiz de bize karşı çok nazik ve zarifti. İletişimi çok samimi ve yardımseverdi; kendimizi güvende ve değerli hissettik. Böyle bir evde, böyle bir ev sahibinin misafiri olmak büyük bir keyifti. Evin bulunduğu mahalle, tarihi dokusunu koruduğu için araba ile ulaşım ve park açısından biraz zorluydu. Ancak böyle özel ve etkileyici bir evde konaklamak istiyorsanız, bu küçük zorluğu göze almanıza kesinlikle değer.

5 kız olarak 4 gece konakladık. Evin konumu oldukça merkezi her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi bahçesinde vakit geçirmek de oldukça keyifliydi .Evde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey mevcuttu (ütü, saç kurutma makinası, mutfak gereçleri )ve pırıl pırıldı. Bizi Yasemin Hanım karşıladı , oldukça güler yüzlüydü ve çok yardımcı oldu, her ihtiyacımıza cevap verdi. Özellikle Yasemin Hanım’a ilgi ve alakası için çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

Firstly - Ayvalik is a hidden gem, go there before everyone else. It is Turkish and as a tourist one feels special. And Hande most certainly made us feel special. The five star rating firstly goes to her - she was ever responsive, even in awkward situations. When we could not unlock the door the second day, she was right there. When we needed advice during a medical emergency, she was there. When we needed early morning taxis, she organised it and bargained the price too. About the house: it is as described. The photos are real. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen - the true heart of the house. The most generous basic-stocked kitchen ever. Would have wanted to spend more time on the terrace, but the weather did not permit it. The décor is old-worldly. Feels like a family's beach house. Maybe too many knicks and knacks. Moving between the two levels can be challenging for a taller person. All in all a very homely and comforting stay. Thank you, Hande!

Ev oldukça merkezi olmasına rağmen görece sakin bir muhitte kalıyor. Ama sokakların darlığı sebebiyle özellikle yogun zamanlarda araçla gelindiğinde ücretli otopark bir zorunluluk. Evin içi çok güzel dizayn edilmiş ve ev oldukça konforluydu. Süreçte de Ece hanım gereken her anda hızla bize yardımcı oldu. Ayvalık'ta bir dahaki ziyaretlerimizde kesinlikle tekrardan kalınacak bir ev.

I can’t thank Ersin enough. The place is even more beautiful than the photos if you can believe it. Possibly my best Airbnb stay so far, out of many. Don’t even think twice, book it! (Also there are FOUR bathrooms - wild)

From booking to check- in we found communication with Kalliope to be excellent. Kalliope was very kind and helpful in ensuring our needs were met, providing little extras like coffee and tea and a few other basics as she knew we were arriving later in the evening. The kitchen itself was very well equípped. The property itself has lovely private outdoor spaces all around which gave the option to sit in the shade or sun. The property location is quiet and the beds were comfortable. I’d recommend this property and would love to stay here again when I visit the island again.
