We would like to thank Öncekile Nevay for her interest and sincerity. We stayed at his house with 4 people, we had everything we needed and everything was very clean. The location of the house was very good. Since we did not know the region very well, he helped us a lot during our trip. We will definitely choose it again on our next trip to Ayvalık. We recommend it to everyone 🤍🤍

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend away and the only bad thing was that we couldn’t stay longer. Vaso is a gracious, A+ host. She made us feel right at home. The pictures simply do not do this place justice-it was nice to have extra space for our family and the views from the balcony are amazing. Great place for reading and relaxation. Would definitely look this place up again if we get to go back to the island.

We would like to thank Mr. Özhan and his hosts for their interest. We stayed with five people and were satisfied. We had a little trouble with the air conditioner's electrical installation in the double room being incomplete. The house is 8-10 minutes away from Sarımsaklı by car. If you have a car, transportation is generally comfortable. There are very nice venues around as well.

The house was very clean and convenient. Be sure to spend an evening on the balcony. Giannis and his father are nice people, very helpful. We enjoyed the house very much. You should definitely have a car if you're going to stay here, as it's a bit of a difficult location. Leave the car in the parking lot in front of the church and walk home. The restaurant right in front of the house is also nice, you should definitely try it

The house was very nice and clean. 3 families and 6 of us stayed. Actually, it's a summer place, we came in winter. If it was summer, we could go into the pool. We never got cold, the heating was enough. It was a safe house. Our host was very interested and helpful in everything. We can prefer it again. We would like to thank the host for his beautiful gifts. It's not too far from the centre. But there are 2 roads, if you go from the location, the road can get longer.

First of all, Ms. Zeynep is a wonderful host, she is always with you and answers questions instantly. The house is more beautiful and useful than in the pictures. Everything was perfect. It was extraordinary to have a view like my 2nd home in Ayvalık and the house was designed to meet all needs. As a cat lover, I will never forget the candost in the garden. It accompanied me in a great holiday home.

We found everything we needed in the house. It was pretty clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the house was great! You can walk just a few minutes to reach the grocery store, cafes, restaurants, boutiques and the seaside. Mr. Alper was very helpful, we could easily communicate when we needed it. We would definitely like to stay here again when we come to Ayvalık. Thank you for everything, Mr. Alper!

Our second floor apartment was perfect. Well equipped and the terrace was a plus. The host gave us clear instructions regarding check in and always available in case of needs. Super wifi. Thank you!

We had no trouble communicating with Thalia. She responded to our messages in a timely manner and adequately. We loved the location of the house, the view was great! We were able to get everywhere on foot. There is a grocery store in the back of the house and very reasonably priced. We went to the balcony for coffee at every opportunity, but we couldn't fully enjoy it due to the wind, it was really windy when we were in Lesvos. So the balcony was not very convenient for us, unfortunately. Kitchen utensils were sufficient, all basic things. We discovered Greek coffee thanks to Thalia:) She was a helpful, caring lady as written in the comments. Since it was not summer yet, the house was cold in the evening/night and the air conditioning worked a lot. We also had no problem with the hot water. Some comments mention the issue of noise and smoking. We didn't hear any noise and never smell cigarettes, there was no smell to the apartment we were in. Overall we were satisfied, we had a nice time with our nearly 5-year-old son:) Thank you…

The location of the accommodation was very good and ideal for those who want to stay in the city center. Exceptional harbour views. Everything was perfect during our stay and the host very kind and helpful.

The room was very clean and welcoming. Ioannis has foreseen and equipped with everything one almost needs for a few days of stay. The location is very favorable for anyone who wants to move around the center.

Cleanliness down to the finest detail is also very important. We were amazed by the interior design. It was also a place we would prefer again due to its location.

Dear George's house was as pictured and described. We stayed comfortably as a family of four. Additional points for having cleaning supplies. Cleanliness could have been better. But it is ignored in the overall rating. The only thing missing from the house is the dishwasher. In short, it met our expectations and was a comfortable stay. The house is ten minutes from the center and at the top of the city. This has been good for us. It had a more peaceful and cool environment. Unfortunately, the two dogs of the downstairs neighbor didn't shut up at all day and night. Fortunately, we love animals.

The hosts are definitely very helpful, communicative and very, very nice and accommodating. We felt at home in the apartment. What can I say about the view from the balcony? I think you have to experience it yourself. We spent great days there. 1 minute from the apartment is a public parking lot that is free and the center is also 2 minutes away. Everything is great. You can't go wrong renting this apartment. Glad to come back!

Great value for money. Although the neighborhood where the house is located does not say much, it is very close to the center of Mytilene. The house contains everything one might need and more. The only disadvantage is that it is on the 3rd floor in a building without an elevator, which, although it was not a problem for me, may make it difficult for people with reduced mobility.

This place had a spectacular view and is so close to everything happening in Mytilene. It was clean and bright and had great amenities. Given its downtown location, if you’re a light sleeper, it’s probably not for you- but that’s true of most downtown hotels, too. The host was friendly and super responsive. We had a minor local power outage and she had the issue fixed before we even experienced any real inconveniences- really superior attention was paid to us. I would totally stay here again.

The house was as described, very close to the center, 10 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot to the marina. The host was flexible about the Check-in. Everything was available at home for the need. Clean and useful. We spent 4 days very comfortably with 2 children. Thank you

We stayed in the apartment for a few days and the experience was great! The space was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was modern and inviting, making us feel at home. The location was ideal, close to the city center, with easy access to shops, cafes and the major attractions. Plus, the host's hospitality was impeccable. He was always willing to provide us with useful information and take care of our every need. We will definitely prefer it again the next time we visit Mytilene and we highly recommend it to everyone!
