Holiday rentals with beach access in Diliman

Had a good stay, Accessible to everyone, grocery downstairs, surrounded by fast food chains, taxi drivers know the condominium. for slight improvements maybe, add slippers and extra blanket since the available blanket doesn't fit dual.

Host was responsive to our inquiries and requests. Place is clean and great place to stay. Unit is also in a good place to stay with different walkable restaurants and stores.

Very good place to stay. Provided the basic needs such as basic soap and shampoo, 2 500ml of water and good internet connection for phones and tv use. Working hot and cold shower as well. The door uses a code for opening/closing which is very convenient. Thank you.

This is our second time in this listing and it was conveniently located and pleasant. The building is very near the mall and the guards & lobby feels safe. Although we initially had drainage problems during this stay, the staff were quick to respond and resolved the issue. Parking slot is a plus.

The place was great! It features a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset as well as the city lights at night. Aside for the great view, the interior of the unit is beautifully decorated itself. The unit offers a lot of amenities -- great for longer stays. You can cook meals, bake, make a fancy coffee, play video games, and netflix. It really feels like you're at home! What also stood out for me is that there are qr codes for you to scan in every appliance to guide you in how to use them! I find this really helpful since I'm not familiar on how to use some of the appliances, and I don't want to break it, hahaha. Most importantly, they have an excellent customer service. They hosts are very responsive as well as the caretakers. They were happy to assist us when the internet connection got lost for awhile. I highly recommend them for future bookings especially when you have a business near Malate, Manila.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as described and very comfortable. There was a small hiccup with the shower, but the owner was incredibly responsive and took care of it right away. We also made a minor mistake with the checkout process, but the owner was so understanding and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Overall, the place was fantastic, and the owner made sure we had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Just had some slight delay during check in because the contact # may not have service at the time but my kids were assisted by the caretaker and they were given clear instructions about the amenities and where to find necessities. Nice view indeed, you have a glimpse of the city at night and nice view of the pool. Accessible to convenience store etc. Not indicated but I may have forgotten to ask, but I was expecting complete utensils like spoon and ladles though again, convenience store is just a few steps away. Place is cozy and comfortable. Overall our stay is great and will consider going back to the place.

Personally, I loved it cos I’m the type of person who loves going to the beach and the room will give you the beach/island vibe! Came from Boracay, straight from the airport this is where we stayed. Everything was great. I assumed it’s a new unit which I love cos you really can feel that “ah so nice everything’s new” I can tell by the smell of it hehe cos I’ve been to a different airbnb’s. I actually added this to my favorite airbnb list! Spacious, interior talaga is so nice!We’re very particular when it comes to BED AND COMFORTERS! Duhbest! Worth every penny! You guys should try it and see for yourself! ❤️

My wife and I had such a great time staying at this cozy, homey Airbnb. The place was super comfortable and felt just like home. The host was amazing—really friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The host and co host are both accommodating, responsive and helpful. The photos are exactly what the place looked like , complete with cooking equipments din , very clean and may free coffee and milk pa. Worth every penny we paid. ☺️💜

I booked this for a friend who had no place to stay in during the recent typhoon. The host was very understanding about it and have been nice even if the booking was for someone else. She is indeed responsive. The place is spic and span! loved it.

I had the best and memorable stay to this bnb unit and felt like home! The host is very accommodating along with the caretaker who helped me with all of my request and questions. The place is neat, clean and smells really good, also the interior is exceptionally gorgeous! I have no regrets choosing this place and we are very comfortable and relaxed. I have to say the pool is also very nice and I suggest you do it during sunset because it is indeed beautiful. I will definitely stay here given the chance on our next vacation! Our stay at Pandora was fantastic! The unit was exactly as pictured: clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the comfortable bed and the stunning city view from the window. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and many great restaurants within walking distance. Jac was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. I've been visiting his unit since 2023 and it always feels like home. He always make sure that my friends and I will have a wonderful stay. Thank you Jac for always welcoimng me to your home. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone visiting the City!

The residence was good . Everything is well equipped But you should take your own bath supplies . There are two rooms and one bathroom One of room has double bed, the other room has sing bed with balcony (The balcony door is broken . Can not open) There is a convenient store which is 24hours . It was very good for us. Overall Good to stay for 2 or 3people
