Residences come equipped with 3 separate bathrooms, complete w/ bidet and heated full shower. 2 bedrooms can fit up to 8pax total, w/ the Master's bedroom providing a view of the sea. Folding chairs are also available. Find yourself near the beach front (50m walk away) and centrally located to San Juan Surf Town attractions like Flotsam and El Union and other conveniences like Jollibee and 7-Eleven. Neighborhood is also safe and quiet.

We are the only tourism-related entity on the 1.2 kilometer long Lumambong beach in the placid Binga Bay. You will have the pristine, white sand beach (seriously, look) nearly all to yourself. It’s just us and the local fishermen – get up early and you can help them pull in the nets!
