You can boat, canoe, fish and tube down this amazing River. There is a public boat dock approx 1/8 mi down river. The cabin has extra parking below the house. Cozy, quirky, & small (450sq ft) house with a very comfy sleep number queen bed in the bedroom. If a third person were so inclined, they could sleep on the couch. Fully stocked kitchen. Not a scenic location but very convenient! Sylva is amazingly located in the mountains only 25 miles to Smoky Mountain National Park, 10 miles to Cherokee NC, 40 miles to Asheville NC, gorgeous drives in every direction. Well behaved DOGS ONLY welcome for an additional fee.
