Διατίθεται πέτρινη ισόγεια και επιπλωμένη κατοικία 55 περίπου τ.μ. με μεγάλη αυλή σε δύο επίπεδα και θέα στα έλατα. Αποτελείται από χωλ, μπάνιο, καθιστικό με κουζίνα και μαρμάρινο τζάκι και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, το οποίο διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι με ανατομικό στρώμα. Στο καθιστικό βρίσκεται γωνιακός καναπές που γίνεται κρεβάτι για δύο άτομα. Έχει καλοριφέρ για θέρμανση το χειμώνα, ενώ το σπίτι είναι πολύ δροσερό το καλοκαίρι.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary.
