The cabin, made of wood, is completely surrounded by nature, just a few meters from the Trancoso River. The house is 49m², with a different construction style, with a full kitchen, large bathroom, mezzanine with views of the forest, TV room and a deck that has an external jacuzzi. The city center is a 5-minute drive and 15 minutes on foot.

Its land is 1,300m2 with 600m2 of built area. It has a 150m2 pool, barbecue area and green space.
