Emma was great, when a small issue with a gas alarm arose she was on top of it and had it dealt with immediately. Great property and highly recommended management.

Well furnished townhouse for a family gathering. Although the locality is a bit isolated from the rest of Dubai, having a car would solve this issue to access elsewhere. Otherwise, superb place for a family gathering.

I had a good experience staying in Tilal al Ghaf. It’s a community with lots of townhouses next to each other and gym/pool around the corner. The house was good and well equipped. Communication was straightforward and quick.

It's a pleasant and cozy stay. The villa is located in the very quiet Pacifics community. The Host is very responsive and nice. All needs were addressed and met very quickly, even after the midnight. The villa is quite clean and comfortable. Also, Malibu Beach in the Damac Hill 2 area is a very beautiful park with very good greenery and beautiful water views. It is very close by car.

Zilal was very responsive. We asked for cleaning supplies and he immediately provided us with them. The area is great for families with a play area just around the corner.

The stay at Ibrahim’s place was perfect! Great location, lots of space and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend and look to come back in the future!

This was my first AirBnB booking ever and Dilshad made me feel welcome from the first 'hello'. My room was clean and tidy (and cool!), communication was excellent, and I liked the area because it's close to an organic cafe. The taxi driver who dropped me there from the airport got a bit lost, luckily I'd studied the map so I knew the way, and I ended up saying to drivers it's near the Oasis Mall, which worked every time! Dilshad was super helpful and a great host!

My wife and I enjoyed the area and the atmosphere. Indeed very clean and quiet place. I recommend it highly to anyone who is looking for a cozy, homey-like place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 204 Airbnb villa in Arabian Ranch 3, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the villa's stunning architecture and beautifully landscaped surroundings. The villa itself is impeccably designed, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and cozy charm. The spacious living areas were perfect for relaxation, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor space, where I could unwind with a good book or enjoy my morning coffee in the fresh air. The location is ideal, nestled in a peaceful community while still being close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. I appreciated the safe environment, which made it perfect for families or anyone looking for a serene getaway. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring that my stay was amazing

Great place to stay, the villa looks good and the amenities are fantastic.

We loved this place - especially the pool! We have an 10month old baby and it was awesome having a private pool for him to safely splash around in on a float. TIP: Make sure you walk on the Astro turf bit when getting in and out the pool as the white tiles can get a bit slippery. The villa provided a clothes hanger to dry swimsuits which was much appreciated. The kitchen/lounge/dining area is beautiful! Just like the pics. The villa is walkable to cafes and carrefour (6min walk) which is great if you don’t have a car. Washing machine and tumble dryer worked great. TIP: We ordered Careem and Deliveroo a lot. For some reason these APPs struggled to automatically find the villas address and it would put in another random one; so you may have to put in the correct address manually. Maybe this was just our experience but sharing in case any one else experiences something similar. Overall, great stay. Thank you guys - And the private pool was our highlight!
