Emma was great, when a small issue with a gas alarm arose she was on top of it and had it dealt with immediately. Great property and highly recommended management.

Well furnished townhouse for a family gathering. Although the locality is a bit isolated from the rest of Dubai, having a car would solve this issue to access elsewhere. Otherwise, superb place for a family gathering.

Great place to stay, but do not have high expectations of getting good views as its surrounded by other buildings. For view and convenience you have to come out. Rest everything is as described, you get parking, you can order foods, have access to convenience store and can easily get taxi. Book and enjoy your stay.

Very lovely apartment with close metro and access to JBR beach. Host is very responsive and was very nice- ensuring that everything was okay throughout the rental period. Would recommend this Airbnb and would return in the future.

I had a good experience staying in Tilal al Ghaf. It’s a community with lots of townhouses next to each other and gym/pool around the corner. The house was good and well equipped. Communication was straightforward and quick.

It was an excellent place . Perfect and luxurious stay we had .

Zilal was very responsive. We asked for cleaning supplies and he immediately provided us with them. The area is great for families with a play area just around the corner.

The stay at Ibrahim’s place was perfect! Great location, lots of space and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend and look to come back in the future!

This was my first AirBnB booking ever and Dilshad made me feel welcome from the first 'hello'. My room was clean and tidy (and cool!), communication was excellent, and I liked the area because it's close to an organic cafe. The taxi driver who dropped me there from the airport got a bit lost, luckily I'd studied the map so I knew the way, and I ended up saying to drivers it's near the Oasis Mall, which worked every time! Dilshad was super helpful and a great host!

My wife and I enjoyed the area and the atmosphere. Indeed very clean and quiet place. I recommend it highly to anyone who is looking for a cozy, homey-like place.

Perfect place away from home.

Mostly clean except for few dishes had marks but besides that very clean and essential amenities included. Garden very big and had a seating area was nice to lounge in. Check in easy. No complaints, had a good time.

The place was just beautiful and exactly like how it’s in the pictures. I will definitely be booking this house again. ***Things you must know before booking this villa.*** 1. This place is 40 mins away from the downtown. 2. You must have transportation arranged as no public transportation is available from this area. 3. Careem taxi can be booked. However the ride cost will be high as it’s far from the downtown. 4. Community has Carrefour and food outlets. 5. Talabat / Careem food delivery is available. Once booked 6. Make sure the host has sent the guest registration details to the DAMAC Management team. And you are copied in that email.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 204 Airbnb villa in Arabian Ranch 3, and it was nothing short of spectacular! I appreciated the safe environment, which made it perfect for families or anyone looking for a serene getaway. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring that my stay was amazing

We loved this place - especially the pool! We have an 10month old baby and it was awesome having a private pool for him to safely splash around in on a float. TIP: Make sure you walk on the Astro turf bit when getting in and out the pool as the white tiles can get a bit slippery. The villa provided a clothes hanger to dry swimsuits which was much appreciated. The kitchen/lounge/dining area is beautiful! Just like the pics. The villa is walkable to cafes and carrefour (6min walk) which is great if you don’t have a car. Washing machine and tumble dryer worked great. TIP: We ordered Careem and Deliveroo a lot. For some reason these APPs struggled to automatically find the villas address and it would put in another random one; so you may have to put in the correct address manually. Maybe this was just our experience but sharing in case any one else experiences something similar. Overall, great stay. Thank you guys - And the private pool was our highlight!

Great place

Great Springs location, near the park and playground and overall the location is fantastic. Sarah is a very welcoming guests and the villa has been recently renovated and looks better than most villas in the area. Highly recommended!

I was staying for business and the apartment provided exactly what is required. A peaceful retreat from the day. Yes it is close to the airport so there is the associated noise from aircraft but I did not hear them inside. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The on site caretaker was excellent.
