Keuken met combi-oven, espressomachine, vaatwasser en wasmachine. Badkamer met toilet, douche met rainshower. Balkon met schitterend uitzicht op duinen met tafel, stoelen en zonnescherm over gehele breedte. Ons appartement is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen.

Vanaf augustus 2020 openden wij de deuren van deze nieuwe vakantiewoning. De woning is zeer centraal gelegen aan de rand van Koudekerke. De woning ligt op een uniek plekje met een eigen tuin en terras. Het is modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De beneden verdieping beschikt over een badkamer, luxe keuken en gezellige zithoek. De bovenverdieping heeft 2 slaapkamers, opgemaakte bedden, toilet en opbergkast. Het strand, Dishoek, Middelburg en Vlissingen zijn per fiets bereikbaar.

Het appartement is gezellig ingericht met een 'strand-look' en is geschikt voor 4 personen (2 slaapkamers). Balkon op het zuidwesten en een eigen parkeerplaats. De keuken is voorzien van oven-magnetron, koelvrieskast en vaatwasser. Wifi aanwezig. Er is een speelveld om te spelen. Handdoeken en beddengoed aanwezig.
