The garden measures 7,000 sqm; it is located on a hill in a very quiet and reserved area just 10 minutes from the sea. The villa extends over two floors. 5 double bedrooms and a study with a double sofa bed €350.00 cleaning fee for check-out to be paid in cash upon arrival. During Fall and Winter, heating costs will be extra. Check-in/Check-out Saturday.
