The location is near the airport and easy to find so that very convenient to move. The room is very comfortable, moving in is very easy and automatic .The host is very friendly, he suggested good places to eat and visit. A great place to stay

Check-in went smoothly. The room was exactly as described. Very good internet, which was important to me (I work remotely). There is an adorable dog living in the house, not aggressive at all. The location is perfect for those who love silence, neither the sound of the airport nor the bikes. Touristic spots can be easily and cheaply reached by bike taxi. The host also helped with booking tickets for local sleeping buses, explained everything in great detail for the next trip. Definitely recommend it to everyone! The next time I come to Ho Chi Minh City, I will try to get to this beautiful and hospitable house.

This is my first time to Vietnam so staying with locals is very important. The owner and his family were so enthusiastic that I couldn't leave and stay longer. I'm sitting in this spacious room, very comfortable for me and writing these lines. The house is far from the center but for me this was a plus. People who really live here. There are neighbors around and the life they live every day is very lively and I love watching it. If I come again, I want to come back here. It's like I'm home. I slept really well. The shower is very unusual and the house itself is unique. I am so grateful to have chosen this place for my first experience. Thank you. May happiness for this family ❤️ P. S. We had a wonderful stay at Thuy’s place. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. I had a great stay at this apartment! The view of the city was nice. The kitchen and living room were spacious and nicely laid out—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The TV was a good size for movie nights, and the bed was super comfortable. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-equipped place. I’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and attractions. I’d definitely recommend it and will stay here again!

Kind and I like the accommodation

Had an amazing stay at Alex’s place! Trust me when I say the location is near to all the must see places in Ho Chi Minh! Literally just minutes to walking street, Saigon square, Ben thanh market, apartment cafe, hothiky street food market, tan Dinh church and much more! Especially if you’re on a scooter. There’s also a super delicious pizza/pasta place right downstairs of the apartment that we ate at multiple times 😋 place is also very spacious and homey for families with lots of luggage’s.
