Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in District 12

We immediately felt at home here and were very satisfied. Communication was always quick and smooth. After check-out, we were also allowed to drop off our luggage. The possibility to wash your clothes was also super practical! We would recommend the property to anyone! The location is ideal for a few days in the city and is at the same time pleasantly quiet in the side street. Thanks for everything!!!

Great place and staff. I had a great stay. The location is in a really nice area but is a little far from public transit and shops.

Our stay was brilliant. The communication was great with the host and we were greeted by a friendly security guard who also made us feel very comfortable. The room was perfect and we had a great time exploring the local area as well as easy transport into the city centre.

Hang’s apartment in Saigon was just what we needed. In the middle of everything and in a great location - but super quiet at night. Had a kitchen and a clothing washer - which was so nice. Comfy bed, big TV. The building has an elevator. There are loads of restaurants, coffee shops, and a 7-Eleven just outside the door. Super easy. Hang was a very responsive host and answered every question we had quickly. She also helped us arrange a package delivery. So many thanks to Hang and her team! We will see you next time in Saigon! :)

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

Had a 3 day city break staying at Anh’s place and it’s every bit as stylish and charming as the photos suggest. I would like to thank her for the fantastic communication and especially for the list of recommendations that she sent over on arrival, such as the great coffee shop next door and the fabulously atmospheric hidden restaurant. We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host was so warm and welcoming . The house looked exactly like the photos—no surprises, just spot-on. Everything we needed, from basic amenities to a comfy setup, was right there. The place is super close to Ben Thanh Market, which made popping out to explore or shop a breeze. Taxis were always easy to grab right outside, so getting around was no hassle at all. The balcony was our favorite spot—perfect for kicking back at night with a cool vibe. Plus, the host was kind enough to help with my luggage, which was such a nice touch. We would totally recommend this place for a cozy, convenient stay!

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

The location is close to the airport, a little far from the attractions, but it can be accessed by taxi.The interior is comfortable and has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Everything was great and perfect. As per what was on the listing and exactly the same as the pictures. Place was clean, toilet was clean and spacious as well, and the bed and pillow was also comfortable. Definitely a place to comeback to stay when visiting Ho Chi Minh and this listing is definitely worth the hype and all the good reviews. Host is also very helpful, friendly and responsive catering to all my needs during my stay here. Also, there is a common area for washing and drying for your laundry which was good for long term stay as well. Overall, definitely a bang for your buck!

Great accommodation experience

Location is great easy to get a grab or get picked up for tours. Check in was very easy and they even allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in so we can explore the city worry free. The place was very clean and is in a safe location. The locals are very friendly. Next time in Ho Chi Minh City I would come back and stay here.

I am from NYC on the other side of the world. I've been staying at various places on my trips to Vietnam. This place in Saigon is a great value for price, space, over look, comfort and location. The apt room is on a small narrow street all the way in the back. There are cafes, restaurants and spa on this road as well. Follow the photos they send you to find the apt. It's not the first name of the residence you see, but further inward. They have laundry and dryer machines on the common area downstairs. The bed is comfy, and place is maintained very well with good AC, lighting, natural light. Overall very safe place I'd stay here again next time. Thanks

The house is just about 8-10 minutes drive to main attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. Within walking distance, there are many cafes and restaurants, even a big bookstore and a kid indoor playground. The house is located about 3 minutes off the main street, so it is quiet and we had good sleep every night. The house was clean, spacious and well-decorated. All amenities were provided as described. The host was very friendly and responsive. She even gave us some traditional Vietnamese food as gifts. We really appreciate it. Thank you Quynh. It was a pleasant stay and we will denitely come back.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The view of the city was nice. The kitchen and living room were spacious and nicely laid out—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The TV was a good size for movie nights, and the bed was super comfortable. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-equipped place. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great location pretty central to all the districts and d1 just across the bridge. Was nice to come back to a quiet area. Host was kind enough to have a storage area for luggages after checking out.

An was an excellent host. Met all our expectations and the apartment had all the facilities and an beautiful view of the city especially during the night. Spotless and clean and I was here with my family. It’s just an awesome place and very well maintained and value for money.
