Overall this was a great first experience of Vietnam. The host provided us with plenty of amenities that we needed, towels, spoons, bowels, etc. The location was also great, several convenience stores that had everything you needed just right below and there was no waiting on a grab to pick us up. We were able to quickly get to everywhere we wanted to within a 30 min radius. The host also provided several recommendations on places to eat, things to do and so much more which led us to the best massage ever. My only note is that the apartment does stay on the warmer side regardless of how cold you turn the ac down, but this is just something you’ll have to get use to it.

If you are visiting Saigon for the first time or have been before , this is the place to stay, very secure with security, but the freedom to come and go without checking in or out . Spotless and a new building, it’s on the opposite side of the road from busy Bui Vien but extremely quiet, you access the courtyard through an archway off the main road , a little tricky to find first go but it is the perfect location . You can walk the city from here too. 10/10

It’s amazing experience, the home which in photo was not ready although but host have arranged some other place which was really nice and that also in time ( good two flat in high rise building ) I really appreciate for the quick response and action He is really was help in all tracking and communicating before arrival I strongly recommending this place

definitely a great host and listing. one of the best locations in D1. there is a day time guard and lobby where a host sits to help tenants if needed. there is a japanese restaurant next to the 711 and also a circle k. victoria gym about 400m and coop mart across from it. if you like to walk alot of places are walkable even the tourist spots. every time i visit vietnam i will definitely be staying at the dots house.

we stayed at Tracya place for 4 days, and loved it. very big and clean although we did have an issue with the shower in the bedroom. Tracy did send someone fix it. location is fantastic in D1, 10 min walk to Ben then markets, 8 min walk to backpacker area. there are also many food and drink places very very close by. perfect place for families.

An’s place was lovely, check in was straight forward and easy. The actually home was clean and easy to manage. Any obstacles we ran into An helped us right away with her staff!

Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!

Tuyet Phi has been a great host. The apartment so far has been a great place. Has everything you need for a stay. Comfortable and very well located! Close to everything. As Vietnam is VERY safe, is very convenient to always walk from the place.

Very nice, clean, tidy room as described. The location is around a lot of good eateries, easy to find. The host was very quick and enthusiastic. In the homestay basement, there is a Rum Bar that is quite interesting, so try it. Will be coming back again and again

The location is not bad, and the room conditions are good. I'm willing to visit again if I have a chance to visit Saigon next time. Host Hanna is really friendly.
