Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in District 4

The apartment is nice and clean. Check-in was also clear and easy too. Thank you to Haina for helping us to change apartments when the next door unit was undergoing renovations.

located right amidst the hustle bustle we stayed at Huys place, and the hosts were very gracious. They allowed us to check in early and when we had a slight inconvenience, they met amends and went out of their way to help us and make sure we had a comfortable stay. I'm not sure alot of people would do the same, but huy and Kim for that matter were quick with their responses and quick with solutions to ensure our stay at saigon was fab. The property doesn't have a lift and would be a task for some, but nevertheless they send helpers to help with luggage and that just goes to show how much they care for the customers who've chosen to stay with them. would definitely recommend. 😊👍

I spent a retreat day at IGO House in the heart of HCM city and it was truly a wonderful experience. The space gave me an immediate sense of coziness and comfort, it felt just like home. The host was incredibly thoughtful, responsive, and proactive in making sure all my needs were met, which made a huge difference, especially as I was traveling alone. The location couldn’t be more convenient—right in the center of the city—making it easy to explore on foot. I especially enjoyed strolling around in the evening and soaking in the vibrant night views of Saigon. I’m deeply grateful for such a warm and welcoming stay, and I’ll definitely return to IGO House the next time I visit HCM city.

Tom’s place is absolutely beautiful and elegantly designed. Located on the 28th floor, it offers stunning city views. It’s just a short walk from Bui Vien Street, making the location super convenient. Totally worth what we paid and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Fantastic stay at The Shades Homestay! The room was clean and spacious, with a good sized bathroom and the funiture was very comfortable. Located near a lot of restaurants and cafes in district 1. It was located down a couple of alleyways which meant we weren't disturbed by outside noise. We arrived late due to a flight delay but the host was very helpful in arranging our meet up with the building manager on arrival. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The place was great and had all the facilities needed, the space was very clean and modern, the hosts were very helpful and responsive I would definitely come back here!

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

The apartment is conveniently located at Bui Vien Walking Street, which has bars with live bands and plenty of food options. It is also a +/-10 minute walk away from other attractions like Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Square. The room itself was really comfortable and clean. Lyn was a lovely host who was always responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this listing!

호스트가 밤늦은 시간에 체크인하는중에 연락했는데도 너무나 친철하게 안내해주어서 불편함이 전혀 없었음. 집도 너무 청결하고 용품들이 잘 준비되어 있었고 부이비엔까지 도보 5분안에 갈수 있음. 타운하우스가 넓어서 생활하기 편하였고 1층에 식당에 무척 잘 되어있음.

The accommodation is worth the price, there are many eateries, restaurants, convenience stores around. The location is worth it. What I like most is the local community, Saigon people are very friendly and kind. Whenever they see me, the neighbors around there often smile friendly. I love Saigon people and I want to live there long term.

Lovely and beautiful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay . Thao was a fabulous host, always responsive and attentive to our needs. Will love to come back here again! :)

깔끔하고 혼자지내기 좋은방이었습니다. 3층까지 올라가야하는 불편함과 좁은계단 공용세탁기를 써야하는 번거러움을 제외하면 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 호스트 역시 친절하고. 너무 좋았습니다.

This is a perfect place to come in with friends: most of Saigon's tourist spots are close by, it's right next to Bui Vien street. It's still far enough that you don't hear any noise from the street, and is very well maintained inside, and cozy. The surroundings may be off-putting for some, but it's a short way inside, and you don't need to go from Bui Vien street if you don't want to.

The apartment was very clean with a lot of supplies. Easy and seamless check in and fantastic communication with the host. The staff on site was also very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a newly developed area with spas cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Amazing views of the bridge and river and very close to district one.

Great location right next to District 1. Many stores, coffee shops and restaurants around the apartment block. The apartment is very comfortable, has the amenities for some light cooking, the washing machine is very nice. All in all I would stay here again.

Great place. Very responsive host/manager, they would still respond and resolve a problem even at 2AM. Location is close to all the places you want to visit.

Top notch stay in not far from the heart of District 1. The apartment was spacious, clean, and looked just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable and aircon was strong — we always left home feeling super well rested. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. On the first night someone’s bed had a strange stain on it and the team was super quick to respond, replying immediately sending someone to change the sheets the next day. The apartment complex itself feels super luxurious and secure, featuring amenities like pools, gyms, and even a jacuzzi (though unfortunately didn’t have time to check them out). There was even a Pizza 4P’s outlet right downstairs which was super convenient 😍 Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Saigon!

thank you for a wonderful stay! place was spotless, super spacious. pool and gym also great additions to our stay. very responsive hosts, answered all questions promptly and provided great recommendations for anything and everything. we hired a bike and left our luggage at a storage place from their recommendations

This place was in a great location, clean, and private. I felt safe the whole time and it has a great view of the city from the pool. Overall I recommend!
