Fantastic location in the heart of Piantini. Within walking distance to Blue Mall and a plethora of great restaurants and coffee shops. The building is very secure and located on a quiet street. The penthouse looked even better than the pictures. It was clean, spacious, luxurious, and tastefully decorated. Hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Juan was an amazing host. He was beyond accommodating, communicated clearly and proactively, and made us feel like a part of his family. Our family loved Juan’s place. It will be our go-to when we visit Santo Domingo

un departamento espacioso y hermoso, ubicado en una zona concurrida con mucho movimiento y cosas por hacer. excelente anfitriona,muy paciente comunicativa y resolutiva.

Muy bonito el apartamento, en zona tranquila, con todo lo necesario para un descanso o conocer la ciudad. Sin duda lo recomiendo y si vuelvo a la ciudad lo reservaré de nuevo.

Thais was very responsive within 5 minutes every time I messaged her about a question. She is very professional and has snacks and cold drinks awaiting your arrival. The apartment is spacious and very clean with 2 very cool A/ C Units and a balcony with furniture to enjoy a meal/ drink / cigar while overlooking the beautiful city of Santo Domingo the view at night is breathtaking and memorable! Near plenty of dining options and fun activities the front lobby staff was very attentive and they have 24 hour security guards outside the building at all times! Ordering Uber/ Uber Eats was a breeze!!! The rooftop pool was nothing short of amazing!!! I will definitely be staying there again thank you Thais for making my trip one for the books as I have been to SD several times before but this was my best trip yet!

I enjoyed my trip very much Gloria Is amazing they were a few minor bumps but it was nothing she couldnt resolver defenitley will recommend this spot if you looking to enjoy an amazing pool with the family very nice host and amazing people

El alojamiento es bastante cómodo, se siente un ambiente agradable y el host es de los más atentos y agradables con los que he tenido el placer de hospedarme. Fueron muy proactivos y estuvieron todo el tiempo atentos a que pasáramos una estadía disfrutable. La casa estaba limpia, el área de la piscina muy cómoda, amplia y con varios juegos para los grupos.

2nd time staying and even better this time. central location and convenient. we will be back :)

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed Casa de Juanchy! The home was beautiful and we really appreciated all the amenities, especially the AC in the hot weather. The home is located in La Zona Colonial (Colonial City) and is extremely walkable and easy to get around. Down our street was a small market for quick necessities and a Dominican breakfast spot. El Conde hosts a strip of restaurants, stores, shops and was under a 5 minute walk. We will absolutely stay here again during my future visits. The only con of this visit was having to leave lol. Thank you Juan!

Très grande maison fidèle aux photos. Fernando est relax. Il a gentiment accepté mon chien pour cela je l’en remercie car ce n’est pas toujours facile ici. Très bonne option pour un long séjour, il y a une jolie piscine juste pour nous. Carrefour et le National sont à 10 min à pieds, 20 min du magnifique parc mirador sur. Quartier tranquille et sécurisé. J’ai très bien dormi. Plusieurs colmados á courte distance également.

Great property in the heart of Naco. The apartment is on a cul de sac, which makes it especially quiet even in the middle of hectic Santo Domingo . Will definitely return.

Perfect for our business related stay. very secure location and friendly staff. Flat is beautiful and clean. Ssuper easy to grab Uber from there and lovely park nearby.

The total Experience was great, neighborhood was was very High end and safe. Alot of places walkable like restaurants, night clubs and Mall. Host was nice from beginning to end, Has a nice city view from Balcony. Beds were comfortable and place was spotless.

Hele mooie appartement op een top locatie. Alles is op loopafstand en een veilige buurt. Deze appartementen is een aanrader. Host was vriendelijk, heel behulpzaam en begripvol. Ik zou zekers hier nog een keer komen.
