Surrounded by greenery: Our vacation & wooden house surrounded by the small pony farm. The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

Hier haben wir unseren perfekten Rückzugsort an der Nordsee gefunden und so gestaltet, dass wir hier die Natur, die Ruhe und die Weite genießen können ohne auf die komfortablen Freuden des modernen Wohnens verzichten zu müssen... Architektur zum Wohlfühlen!

Tiny House "DER WALDWAGEN"

Mitten im Wald schlafen ist für viele ein Traum. Hier wird er wahr! Am Rande einer romantischen Waldlichtung steht dieser ökologisch ausgebaute Waldwagen mitten in der Natur und wartet auf Deinen Besuch. Wohnhaus und Hofzufahrt sind weit genug entfernt, um hier ganz allein zu sein. Der wohnlich eingerichtete Wagen mit Holzofen, Küche, Essbereich und Bett bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und zusätzlich bis zu zwei Kinder. Lass die Ruhe des Waldes auf Dich wirken! Gerade im Winter sehr gemütlich.

The cottage is located in the “Bothkamper See” nature reserve. It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Our restaurant "Hof Bissee" with regional cuisine and breakfast (5 min walk).

Cottage by the dike in Balje region

Immerse yourself in the timeless retro charm of our vacation home on the dike in Balje. The rural life, the expanses of the outer dyke as well as the large garden, in which fruit trees can also be found, invite you to slow down. From the upper floor you can look at the Elbe with its shipping traffic to and from Hamburg. Nestled between Cuxhaven and Stade, many small towns offer beautiful routes and opportunities for shopping and lingering, also for cyclists and motorcyclists.

Cozy tiny house near Schleinähe in a secluded location

Experience the overnight stay in the middle of nature in the conservation area. A magical circus wagon, made with predominantly ecological material, solar power and with simple but cozy furnishings. It has an eco-toilet, a solar shower and a small kitchen with running water. The oven spreads cozy warmth and is heated with wood. The swimming area on the Schlei is 500 meters away. The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

Rauszeit SPO - Vintage charm behind the dike

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. Due to its secluded location and the large garden surrounded by an old tree population, it is an ideal place to relax. Pure nature! Perfect for a relaxing weekend in the countryside for yoga and meditation groups, families with children or family reunions. In the attic there is a beautiful 75 m² yoga room equipped with mats and meditation cushions. From Hamburg it is a 40-minute drive by car and the North Sea can also be reached in 40 minutes.

Lovingly and with care, we have furnished our thatched cottage - in the hope that you and your family and / or friends will feel at home! A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!
