Dear Leonie, dear DANCENTER Team, We really enjoyed our stay in this vacation home. A super clean house with a fantastic view awaited us. The whole complex is perfectly maintained and beautifully laid out, so you don't want to leave it. The existing canoe was also used and contributed to The feel-good factor is crucial. The whole DANCENTER team was also very pleasant due to their friendly and incredibly nice manner. The only criticism might be the shower, which could be a little more comfortable. But we could live with it and will definitely come back soon. Thank you for the great stay in your vacation home.

An optimal solution for the number of people! We felt very comfortable. The apartment is minimalist but comfortably furnished. The holiday settlement is densely built up, so more noise can be expected in summer. Construction is currently underway in the immediate vicinity. The property is not far from the sea and shopping is also very close.

We stayed a week in March in this cottage and very satisfied. Within walking distance, you can reach the dike and the North Sea after a short walk. There were many playgrounds for children and we saw some guests with dogs (dog meadow). The check-in was easily done outside of the opening hours via a key box. Otherwise, the very friendly staff were available at the service office of DanCenter. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. We lit the fireplace and relaxed in the sauna incl. Hot tub. Despite rain weather, we had such a nice stay in Otterndorf and would be happy to come back.

perfect vacation

Very nice house for large groups. We stayed in this house on a weekend with 22 people, we enjoyed it very much. Very good equipment, enough dishes for everyone, great kitchen with huge fridge and freezer, as well as 2 dishwashers. Pool table, ping pong table, darts and pool area in very good condition. Highly recommend. There is another construction site opposite the house, but she didn't bother us on the weekends.

The house is great for large groups and you can do a lot. For the price, we would have only wanted soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms, as well as dishwashing detergent in the kitchen.

Very nice house, which also provides entertainment in bad weather thanks to billiards, darts, foosball table, etc.

Very nicely decorated house. We were on site with the extended family, everyone loved it. Through the pool room, sauna, billiards, foosball, ping pong table and dart board, the little ones didn't want to leave the house at all. Communication was super relaxed and easy. Small problems on our part were done by the local service partner with humor and at very short notice - great!!!

Unfortunately, the pool was blocked for hygiene for most of the holiday. Everything else was really great.

Everything worked out great, for the money I would like that you don't necessarily have to bring everyone to this place, like salt/pepper/toilet paper. Of course, an Edeka is not far away but I would expect something like that in terms of price/performance. Even though we only used the jacuzzi and sauna once, something came together in the end with the electricity. Nevertheless, all in all, I was now in Kappeln for the third time, if you have no problem organizing and planning for food then I can only recommend it.

We were in the house with many people and felt very comfortable. The layout of the house and amenities were ideal!

Completely unproblematic communication, flexible arrival and departure was possible. Unfortunately, there are still many houses in the shell or almost finished condition. Therefore, the area looks very much like construction site. The way to the house was in not such a good condition, but it is currently the case and will definitely change soon. We would gladly go there again. No comparison to the similarly large houses of a competitor. These are consistently in a significantly worse condition. Especially the kitchen is excellent for larger groups of people. Two ovens, a huge fridge and an just as large freezer allow for an extensive supply!

The house was perfect for our family weekend with 13 people. There would even be room for more. Unfortunately, due to the current construction site, it is still a bit noisy and not quite as "idyllic" as one might like. Otherwise, everything was there, it was very clean and the service on site was always responsive. Clear recommendation

We had a really great time with our group! We were almost exclusively in the house. And of course have planned most of the day in the pool or the many play opportunities such as. Table tennis & billiards used. We were completely satisfied!
