Here you can enjoy the tranquility on the balcony and watch the sun set over the water, or have a morning coffee on the front patio with morning sun. Private jetty with swimming ladder. Quiet area close to nature. In the area, there is a swimming area with barbecue area, outdoor gym, playground, boule court and hiking trail. You share the garden & jetty with the host family (2 adults, 2 children). Cleaning is not included. Bed linens and towels can be rented at an additional cost.

The cottage is located right next to the Baltic Sea, outside Bergkvara located midway between Kalmar and Karlskrona with about 4 miles to each cities (about 25 minutes by car). The cottage was completed in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150m from the cottage, there is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming docks and a raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

Discover the nice Örarev in Fulvik just 4.2 km away, as well as a nice and larger swimming area/beach. Möre golf club only 5km. If you want to go to the summer town of Kalmar and Öland it is only about 30 minutes drive. Pets are welcome, but you are responsible for keeping them clean.
