Great stay, specially if you have a car which you can park it at the hotel. Would go again!

Beautiful people and hospitable. The apartment is as in the pictures, the terrace is beautiful. The beach is 15/20 min away and along the way there is a beautiful promenade through the city. We are very satisfied with the apartment and hospitality.

We had a fantastic couple of nights staying on Marko’s estate. Marko is a great host and really makes an effort to make you feel welcome. We had a great breakfast on the terrace and also had the opportunity to sample some of Marko’s wines. The rooms are great and the apartment is perfectly located. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again. Thanks again Marko for your great hospitality.

A great place to stay. The pool is great. It is up the hill to Becici beach. There are a couple of small supermarkets within a 5 minute walk, a restaurant just down the roads. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk down the hill with lots of restaurants. The best ones are near the Marina.

We had a rest in August 2019. I liked the location: fresh mountain air and about 15 minutes to the sea. Walking distance to Budva and Sveti Stefan. Friendly and helpful hostess. There are shops, restaurants and cafes, a bakery nearby. There are several beaches in the area, for different tastes. The room is spacious enough, nice beds, balcony with table.

We had a rest from July 7 to July 21, 2017. Magnificent apartments! And this is not just an apartment, but a full-fledged apart-hotel with a chic pool with panoramic views of the coast, cleaning, a change of linen and the opportunity to have breakfast, lunch and dinner without leaving the guarded landscaped area. Everything stated correspond to reality! Photos and the site allow you to make no mistake with the choice, everything is very logical and understandable. Welcoming hosts are so interested in a pleasant stay for guests that they themselves are involved in the hotel management process and are ready to communicate in person with guests to improve the service! It is impossible not to mention pleasant bonuses in the form of early check-in and late check-out with the availability of the room, as it was in our case. Well, welcome drink from the hosts:) Pleasant girls at the reception can help with transfer, taxi, rent car, if necessary. And we were lucky, the transfer to Tivat was provided by Oksana - the hotel manager - personally took us to the airport in her car:) The sea is within walking distance (we walked almost daily with 2 children 4 and 9 years old). One of the best beaches for children. Evening promenade along the promenade to Budva or Rafailovici. Near Milocer Park. Many decent restaurants within walking distance. In general, the best solution is everything is nearby, but there is no such crowd as on the beach in Budva! The vacation was a success!!! Many thanks to the hosts and hotel staff! And of course, friendly Serbs!

Amazing host and accommodation. well priced, location is not far from the beach and close to a waterfall and mountains. Host is always ready to assist and and communicative, very helpful and cleaning of room offered every week is a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Nigel was the most welcoming host, who always made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great tips for things to do and see in Kotor. When we arrived it felt like coming home, he was so interested and heart-warm for his guests. His place was super nice, clean and trendy. Every detail about his place was perfection and style! The breakfast was lovely, and his private dock was amazing for taking a swim or enjoying the sun. This place is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed at, so definitely worth your while. Thanks Nigel, for everything!

We absolutely loved our stay with Nigel for so many reasons. The house is so beautiful & has been renovated to a high standard. The breakfast (in particular, the homemade muesli and local honey) is delicious and the surrounding landscape is idyllic. But, above all, it is the people who made our stay so special. Nigel and Phillip are natural hosts who effortlessly deliver a professional and attentive service in a charming and relaxed manner. Their affable style sets the tone in the house and the guests all enjoy getting to know eachother over breakfast. We had such a great time and struck up some good friendships. We can’t recommend it enough!

The view was spectacular, so close to the good, we didn't stay in the crowds of kotor and budva, we felt like we were at home. The enjoyment of the balcony enjoyable, despite the priceless weather, our breakfast and dinner on the balcony are already good holidays

Irina and her husband were very welcoming and friendly, very kind people! They gave great recommendations and were helpful whenever we needed it. You cannot find better hosts. The apartment was spotless and fresh and the view over the water from the balcony was beautiful.

The apartment at Villa Stankovic is nicely centrally located in Tivat and the sea is about 300 meters away on foot. Getting there: However, we were able to find Villa Stankovic relatively quickly due to the dusty road. We were able to park directly in front of the house. Check In: At first, we couldn't find anyone to help us. However, through a resident of another room, we were able to learn that our room key is already in our room (No. 5) and we can easily check in. So everything is easy. Room: Small but nice room with bathroom and shower. A double bed and a single bed, TV, balcony with chairs and umbrella, plenty of towels and hair dryer. Actually, everything you need. Facility: There are several apartments on different floors in the facility. You can probably also use the kitchen, but we didn't need it for one night. Our room had a private balcony right next to the communal balcony (with outdoor shower). The complex is very nice and really green. Like a little oasis. Location: short walk (thanks Google Maps) to the beach / bars / restaurants / harbor. So, it is highly recommended for a short sea holiday. Checkout: At 10 a.m. there was a knock on the door and we were asked when we were leaving because the room was already to be cleaned for new guests. Then left at the checkout time at 11 and just left the key in the door. Everything was quite smooth and without much communication. But that's exactly what I liked. Conclusion: Great facility. Beautiful room. Great location. Clean. Uncomplicated. Arrive - Beach - Shower - Sleep - and leave again. I'd love to come back when I'm in Tivat again. <3

The place has such a great energy! The room is clean, bright, great shower and balcony! Love the women who take care of it and made my stay really pleasant! Will definitely come back!!

We had a great day, the apt was perfect, right next to the little private pontoon from where there is a beautiful view. Our host was very welcoming and friendly. Stoliv is a nice village, very beautiful and not too crowded, don’t miss upper Stoliv from where you can get a great view!
