Dans une partie indépendante de notre longère, nous proposons la location d’un duplex. - pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge - salon avec un canapé 2 places, un BZ convertible (135x190) en lit, une TV - grande chambre avec un lit 160x200 - salle de bain avec douche (serviettes de toilette fournies) - jardin avec vue sur la pâture des ânes. Vous pourrez déjeuner dehors dans le jardin, faire un barbecue… - Visite de la ferme possible. Lit bébé sur demande.

Residence with parking (closed between 10pm and 6am, access by code). Living room/kitchen: 2-seater sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, electric oven, city gas stove, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, microwave, dishes for 4. Bedroom 1: 140 x 190 double bed with quality mattress, wardrobe. Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. (access to the bathroom is through bedroom 1). Mezzanine bedroom (under slope): single bed. Access via a steep staircase. Connected lockbox.

Enjoy a stylish experience in the immediate vicinity of Douai train station. You have a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (2 individual duvets) and a 140 x 200 sofa bed. The duvets are adjustable (4-seasons). The living room features a smart TV with access to Netflix. Kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric ovens and microwave. apartment located in the courtyard of a working farm, on the Cambrai/Bapaume axis: 15 min from Cambrai and 15 min from Bapaume, 35 min from Douai and 30 min from Arras by car, in a small village in the countryside. Possibility to park the vehicle in the enclosed courtyard, new apartment, spacious single-story. Pets allowed; we have three nice dogs on the farm as well as horses.
