Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Dollar Point

The house was well put together and all amenities were nice and clean. Ken was very responsive and helpful with any questions or recommendations. Beautiful home and neighborhood with friendly neighbors were encountered on our walks. I would highly recommend this spot for a large group or small depending on what type of visit you are looking for. There are shops and restaurants near by which was nice to be able to enjoy in addition to the house and amenities. I would stay here again.

Beautiful house and view of the lake is excellent. Kitchen is very well equipped for making dinners or grilling out on the deck. Very clean and well maintained and the beds are super comfortable. Very close and convenient for trips into Tahoe City. We really enjoyed our stay.

This cabin was very cozy and just what we were looking for. Great place for a couple. Enjoying the hot tub while snow fell around us was a memorable experience and one of my favorite parts of the whole trip! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and there were several great restaurants within walking distance that we checked out. I loved our stay there!

So nice to have real hosts vs. a management property! The airbnb felt like a home and had a really well stocked kitchen for cooking. The bathrooms were really nice and our group generally enjoyed the house. Only thing to note is that we had issues with the hot tub cutting off and not warming up again so we were bummed not to be able to use it but once. That being said Maranda and Jerry were on the phone right away to help us troubleshoot and call repair. I have no doubts they'll get this resolved for the next guest

Heather's home was fantastic. It was clean & comfortable and in a great location. Of all the vacation homes we've stayed in, this one was my favorite. The kitchen had all the tools needed to cook. Our stay at this Lake Tahoe home was truly wonderful. The house was spotless, fresh, and incredibly comfortable. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in, with no bugs or lizards anywhere. The kitchen was well stocked and thoughtfully organized, and we appreciated small details like the brand-new sponge and high-quality toiletries. The washer and dryer were a great help after days of hiking. The location was perfect, just minutes from Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and Monkey Rock. The hosts went above and beyond by providing milk, eggs, snacks, beach towels, and beach chairs, along with a handwritten welcome note that made us feel so cared for. Their responsiveness and kindness added so much to our experience. This home was the ideal base for exploring both Incline Village and South Lake Tahoe. We felt completely at ease and truly appreciated the warmth and thoughtfulness in every aspect of the stay. It made our trip incredibly memorable.

Our four-night stay at Laurie’s place at the Marriott Grand Residence Club was perfect for our family. The two-bedroom residence was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, spacious living area, and comfortable beds—ideal for a relaxing getaway. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Heavenly Gondola, restaurants, and shops, making everything easily accessible without needing a car. The heated pool, hot tubs, and common laundry added extra convenience, and the friendly staff ensured a seamless stay. For families seeking comfort, space, and top-notch convenience, this is an excellent choice. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. I really enjoyed the openness of the living room and kitchen area. I also really enjoyed the patio and the hot tub. I really liked the comforter set I got to sleep with. Overall It was a great place to stay! I highly recommend it!

Great location. The two bedroom suite was very comfortable and spacious. Very nice having 2 bathrooms as well. The indoor pool was great, as were the multiple hot tubs. Great place to stay, would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful stay for a group of 8 there for snowboarding. It had all of my “musts”: 1. Convenient access to village/gondola - using the Northstar app you can request the bus to come right in front of the house 2. Great, spacious, well equipped/updated kitchen with big dining table - we love cooking our family style breakfasts and dinners 3. Multiple rooms and bathrooms - each room had its own full bathroom! 4. Big, functioning hot tub that was right there on the deck and easy to get to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tidy, warm, hot tub always a great perk, super close to everything downtown. Affordable, lots of cooking amenities, easy check in and out. Cozy. This is our second time staying there and plan to do so for every future trip to tahoe city!

My girlfriends and I loved our stay at the Big Dipper! The cabin is beautiful, comfortable and conveniently located. There was plenty of space for the six of us. We particularly enjoyed hanging out on the stunning deck, in the hot tub and at nearby Speedboat Beach. Sally was a communicative and helpful host, and her local recommendations are spot on! We would happily to return and will not hesitate to recommend this property to our friends and family.

Wonderful location and the best view! Cabin was very cozy and the decks + hot tub views were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook meals. Host was very proactive about home updates and responded quickly to questions!

We enjoyed the stay at Tina's place. Her house is in a quite neighborhood and very close to the sugar pine point state park. Tina provided very detailed check-in instruction and the place is well-equipped (you can even use the bikes from the shed). We had an issue with the hot water from the shower and she quickly communicated back and arranged for the fix. I recommend to stay in this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home is clean, well maintained and stocked with everything you might need without feeling cluttered or crowded! It also provided very clear instructions on all the house things you might need to know (where things are, how they work etc.) during your stay! 5 minutes to a Safeway, and Kings Beach with all the shops and restaurants, making it a great location! Would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was beautiful, quiet, and very spacious. It was in a perfect spot, with beautiful views from both the front and back, especially while enjoying the hot tub. Kyle was super quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to come back again.
