A stone's throw from the center of Dolus d 'Oléron and 15 minutes by bike from Le Treuil beach. Our accommodation offers a living room with seating area and equipped kitchen, a shower room and upstairs a bedroom( attention the staircase that leads to the bedroom is steep and narrow!!!). A small outdoor area great for eating and getting some fresh air.

Make the most of your vacation by staying at this 34m² home. This house has 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and the other with 2 80 cm beds. All beds are equipped with mattress pads, duvets, and pillows. Sheets are provided for stays of a minimum of one week. The house has been completely renovated in 2022. You can enjoy a relaxing holiday with a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher), a seating area with TV, a terrace and access to the swimming pool (06/01 to 09/30)

Ideally located for nature lovers, athletes, surfers ...all comforts with independent underfloor heating. Weekly reservation from Saturday to Saturday, August.
