Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Our cozy and private apartment is idyllically located on the outskirts of the village and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The bus stop with connections to the ski slopes of Flims/Laax in one direction and to Chur in the other direction is only a 2 to 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is modern, comfortable and cozily furnished, with lots of wood, large windows and natural materials that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The cozily located Romantica vacation apartment is bright and cheerfully furnished. In the kitchen, you will find various cooking utensils as well as salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, and oil. There is also a Bosch coffee machine with Tassimo pods, an electric kettle, tea, and a toaster. The tap water has drinking water quality. Free parking for car. The apartment is one minute from the bus stop and 12 minutes from the train station (stop on request!)
