this place was great! tastefully decorated. pool was beautiful. plenty of towels to use. beach chairs and umbrella were very useful! nice area. I will definitely come back. no complaints!

First and foremost, Nick and Brenda were great hosts that were responsive and helpful during my stay. Their place was beautiful and was also conveniently located close to the beach and town. I can’t thank them enough for being such great and flexible hosts.

Absolutely stunning! This is a super clean, functional, newly renovated, waterfront property. We would have loved to extend our stay and enjoy the home even longer. The neighbors were friendly and the street was very quiet. We traveled with our dog and it was very accommodating. Thanks again for hosting us, we’ll be back.

This was by far one of our favorite Airbnb’s. It was perfect for us (and our two dogs). And just as beautiful as the pictures! The Airbnb is very clean and organized. Everything we needed was provided. There were clear instructions written out, but if we had any questions, Loree responded quickly. We mostly hung out at the Airbnb, but walked into town, which was less than a 10 minute walk. We met Loree, who is one of the nicest people we have met. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay throughout our entire stay. Looking forward to going back and renting her Airbnb too!

This house is amazing! The furnishings are stunning, the patio and pool is super comfortable! The gourmet kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for preparing family meals. Our favorite part was watching the lotus flowers bloom in the tranquil koi pond in the backyard! We can’t wait to return!

Yadiry was very kind when she welcomed us into her home, gave us instructions, and showed us how everything worked. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed for a worry-free and very comfortable stay. All the amenities work perfectly and make us feel right at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The house was clean, spacious, and well maintained—plenty of room for our whole family to spread out and relax. The TVs all worked perfectly, and the pool table and arcade games were a big hit, especially with the kids. The yard was neat and well kept, and the location was great—just a short drive to the beach and lots of great restaurants nearby. Even though the home is pet-friendly, you’d never know it—no odors, no mess, and even the carpeted rooms were spotless. The dog bed was also a nice touch. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check out was super easy, which was also a big plus. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we’d definitely come back!

Amazing property! Incredible hosts - so responsive and helpful. We had an absolutely fantastic family reunion week. So many things to do with adults and kids - from the beach, to the house pool, to watching the dolphins and manatees. The property is perfect for rest and relaxation, as well as entertaining.

This is a very well-appointed home with a private pool and lots of room for relaxing and enjoying your stay in Venice. The house is close enough to beaches and restaurants to make enjoying them convenient. We loved relaxing in the outdoor sitting area and swimming in the pool.

What an amazing spot!! Our kids spent the days either on the dock fishing or at Manasota Beach, just a mile or 2 down the road. Birgit’s place has everything you need to enjoy your stay, from beach towels to pots and pans in the kitchen. House was clean and sleeping arrangements were perfect for my husband and I, along with our 3 kids. Will definitely be back!!!

We had a great long weekend at this property. The house is as pictured and was a great fit for our family of 5 adults and 2 kids, though there was room for more. The house is well stocked, updated, and very clean. The beach area was great with plenty of room for us to fish, play frisbee, and look for shells and shark teeth. This area was hit very hard by the hurricanes last fall and neighboring properties were greatly impacted with some debris piles remaining. Construction in the area is likely during the weekdays as the area continues to rebuild.

This was the perfect place on Boca Grande for our family. A short walk from the beach and a quick gold cart ride to downtown. The cottage was very clean and having the pool access was a huge plus.

This airbnb was absolutely perfect It was very close to the beach It is located in a very nice neighborhood. With with a great screened in patio on the front where you can watch the sunset and then on the back there is a porch where you can watch the sunrise and and there is a pool which is great. This airbnb is simple , yet tastefully decorated and very clean. It has been stocked with virtually everything you would need for a visit to south florida. I hope to be back in the near future.
