The kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of towels, linens, and pillows available. The furniture is incredibly comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. This place is truly a gem.

The house was in a great location to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and the spacious house.

The home was not only nice but also incredibly comfortable, with every detail meticulously thought through to enhance our experience. From the cozy furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen, it felt like a true home away from home. The home was very clean. The pool is wonderful and warm, and if you’re a fan of jacuzzi, you’ll appreciate the sweet addition. The house patio is really nice and relaxing. The area is quiet. Tom, the host was quick in communication, making sure we had everything needed during our stay.

This house is amazing! The furnishings are stunning, the patio and pool is super comfortable! The gourmet kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for preparing family meals. Our favorite part was watching the lotus flowers bloom in the tranquil koi pond in the backyard! We can’t wait to return!

Hello all. I highly recommend scheduling a stay at this beautiful home and location. There are many things to do inside, outside and away from the home. Our kiddos were fishing, swimming kayaking and playing games. Not to mention, all of the space for the fur babies to roam freely! We even got a free concert from a neighbor playing a guitar, who had a great voice! 🎵 Our family would go out to enjoy the towns around there and return to make supper and sit down in the HUGE open dining area, that over looks the canal and swimming pool. We spent days at the local beaches in search and FINDING many shark teeth and shells. Man, what a place this was! My family and I are extremely thankful to David for giving us the opportunity or I should say for sharing/opening up his home to us. The communication was great. David responded within minutes to the many questions we had. We would most definitely be returning! ●Hey David, let us know when you want to sell it● hahaha! 👍🏻🙂 Thanks again!!

The place was perfect for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. We used the boat to go to the sandbar and relaxed while grilling in and around the pool in the evenings. Herby was responsive and very helpful with everything asked. We will be staying again soon!

What a beautiful home! Everything was better than described! Comfy beds. Perfect for our family of 4. Husband enjoyed fishing from the pier. The pool was fantastic. Great restaurant recommendations! Mike is a WONDERFUL host! He is incredibly friendly/kind, super responsive, and very easy to communicate with. We had an amazing time at his place and are hopeful and excited to return next year. Spacious, clean and comfortable with all the basics you could need for a short stay. Having the pool was the best part. There were plenty of options for entertainment in the house if the weather was sour. Just an hour or less to endless locations for great food and entertainment. I did not get to use the bikes but they looked so inviting and the neighborhood is quiet and nice... Would have been perfect for a ride around. I will definitely be checking availability when I'm visiting the area again. The host was friendly and available... Even though we didn't need anything. What a great way to get away.

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The house is exactly as described and it is SO spacious. It’s only 7 minutes from Manasota Key Beach and when you go, it has plenty of parking and amenities. Also, Joshua responded very quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Enjoyed our stay. We used the grill to prepare a great dinner, TV was terrific, all very comfortable and clean. Overall just what we were looking for.

This is a great place to stay at both the water out back to enjoy and the clean and well equipped bathrooms and kitchen along with the parking for 3 very easily.

If I could give this home 10 stars, I would! This is the only Airbnb we’ve ever returned to, and we’re already planning our next stay for our family of four. The home instantly feels welcoming: fresh flowers, snacks on the counter, even a fridge stocked with cold drinks.. little touches that make you feel like you’re visiting a friend’s house and not a rental. Janine is a wonderfully responsive and thoughtful host. The home is spotless, cozy, and stocked with all the things you might forget to pack (sunblock, toiletries, even slippers). The towels are plush and plentiful, there are extra linens and blankets, and the beds are incredibly comfortable; we slept so well after our days at the beach! Most importantly, you truly can’t beat having a beautiful, quiet beach right in your own backyard. This house is a gem.
