I had a pleasant check-in experience thanks to the warm welcome from the first staff member I met and Huong. Throughout my stay, they always checked if I needed anything and took great care of me. The location of the accommodation was perfect — close to tourist attractions but still quiet. Not a single insect appeared, and the place was very clean.

Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.

The space was clean and peaceful. A nice place to relax after long days of walking. Good distance to many attractions and food spots. Host was very responsive and helpful with instructions to find the place.

We loved Trung's place so much that we decided to stay twice! We went on a cruise on Halong Bay and then came back to Trung's...it felt like coming home!!! Also note, there is a lovely little breakfast provided in the morning. I can't say enough nice things. Don't hesitate to book this Airbnb...you will be happy you did!

Great place! Amazing location right in the heart of old quarter with multiple balconies and a small roof area. The host was very responsive and helpful to all our needs. The place was clean and nicely decorated. There are a lot of stairs which is something to keep in mind but overall we loved the place and would be happy to book again

Alex’s apartment is amazing. Very comfortable bed, awesome bathroom, and great amenities. The pool and gym are great even for a fee they were worth it. Alex is also an amazing host and answered all of the questions we had. Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Hanoi.

I booked this place for a couple of friends with children on vacation who came to Vietnam to visit us and the country, we live in the same building, so it was very convenient, and the apartment was clean and comfortable, the owner was nice and prompt to attend to any request we made. Suitable for family and family travel together. Me and my family - parents, 2 children had a wonderful time at the apartment of this perfect host. Compared to the apartments I have lived in Hanoi, this apartment is really perfect in every detail, not too fussy but full of everything you need. And really comfortable and private. If you need a comfortable and private apartment, this is the apartment you are looking for. I didn't need the support of the landlord because they already gave me everything I needed. West Lake is very close to our apartment and feels like just a few steps away. You can walk around the lake to watch the sunset. You can go to West Lake Water Park, it really is the perfect entertainment complex. Homeowner Harmony 10 points no but.

Comfortable and cozy room. It was clean and very new. The building has an elevator. Washing machine is in the room which is really good. Washed clothes could be hanged on the rooftop. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful!

Lovely host and incredible 2-storey apartment! Very quiet neighborhood and easy to get to the center by taxi, only 20 min. Great location for those who like to walk, as it is only 5 min walk to the lake. Had a great time, thank you!

This is very good quite location if you want to stay away from the old quarter noise and traffic

The home is beautiful, located in a quiet area, however if it is on the 2nd floor, it is a bit noisy. The pillow cases were lumpy, despite changing the other one there was still lumpiness. If the home has a full-body mirror, great.

Thanh is a good responsive host and very accomodating. The apartment is spacious and well resourced. A home away from Home!
