Family-friendly holiday rentals in Đống Đa

Spent few days at Loc Homestay and really love this place . It felt like home!! This place was so cool when we first walked in when the outside temperature was 100 *F . Host was so friendly , answered all the questions and on top of that , she let us check in super early !! Will definitely recommend this place !!!

미딩 지역에서 걸어다니기 수월합니다. 바로 앞이 공터이긴 하지만 시끄럽지 않습니다. 미딩이 한인타운이라면 길 건너편인 이곳은 로컬느낌이 조금 더 있습니다. 필요한 것은 다 있습니다. 침대도 깨끗했고 주방도구들도 모두 잘 갖춰져있었습니다. 냉방도 잘 되었습니다. 럭셔리하지는 않았지만 가격대비 완벽했습니다. 감사합니다.

This is a very nice serviced apartments building. The apartment that I stayed in is very nice, tidy and clean. Situated right in the center (yet on a more or less quiet block) with lots of restaurants and stores around. Walking distance to pretty much all the main attractions. Internet is fast. The apartment is being cleaned every day (if you don't want that you have to write to the management – staff in the building don't really speak english, but if you write a message on Airbnb the response is almost immediate). Also laundry service is very quick and good. The management was ready to accommodate all of my needs and requests. All in all it was a pleasant stay (stayed there for a month) and a good value for the money. Would stay there again. Thank you!

Beautiful place with a perfect location. With Uber's being about 1 USD per trip, this location was perfect for the price. You get so much for how much it costs and it is just great.

We stayed at Thao’s place for almost 3 weeks and it truly felt like home away from home. So sad to leave! The apartment is super spacious and nicely decorated. There are 3 balconies to choose from and a gorgeous rooftop! It is bright and clean and you rarely hear the noise from the street or neighbours. Location is great - away from the madness of the old town but easily walkable. The local area has great restaurants and cafes too. This apartment would be perfect for a short or a long stay. Thao goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. She is kind, responsive and helpful. Truly an incredible host. We will definitely be back should we return to Hanoi. Thank you so much!

サービスアパートメントとして相当上等なお部屋でした。 まわりにコンビニやスーパー、レストランが見当たらないという立地的な意味では観光の拠点にはしづらいかもしれませんが、ホテルで同クラスのところに泊まることを考えればタクシー代を使うことになってもこちらのほうがイイのでは、というのが個人的な感想です。 現地の管理にあたっている人はベトナム語オンリーですが、ホストとの連絡は(英語で)スムーズに取り合えます。 気持ちの良い滞在経験でした。

Tuti’s flat is a great stay in Hanoi. French Quarter is a quieter and calmer area than the Old Quarter but still within a quick walk. The beds in his place are comfortable and it is kept clean. Perfect for a few nights visit to the city - would definitely come again.

There was a perfectly confort place. Host and her family(especially her father) was very kind to me. If I go to Hanoi again, I would like to stay there again. She recommanded me the taxi to the airport more cheaper than Uber. The house keeper was very kinldy also.

Gorgeous stay, I’d definitely recommend for anyone who wants their own private accom in Hanoi. I didn’t spend a lot of time at the place since I was mostly out exploring, however the place was set up to accommodate your own cooking if you wanted to. And the one night I stayed in with the balcony bath was highly relaxing and exactly what I needed. Vivian was super helpful and communicative, which made the stay a lot easier. As well as helping organise things like airport transfers. This added a lot of ease to my trip. Ultimately, would stay here again.

Hosts are super responsive and helpful. The place is spacious and clean. It is in a great location in french quarter too. Near famous restaurants and the Hoan Kiem Lake. Will recommend this to my family and friends!

Everything went smoothly, hosts are friendly and responsive, instructions are pretty clear and homestay is exactly as described! It takes ~20 minutes to get from homestay to old quater with bike. I would highly recommend this accomodation!

We had a great time there - it was basically the best way to end our time in Vietnam. Truong's place is right next to the Westlake, a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. There are lots of nice cafes within a minute walking distance and also local restaurants around. We had a very late check-in (after mid-night), but Truong was so nice coming around and introducing us to his apartment. Thanks a lot! We definitely recommend this place!

Holly’s place was an excellent find in the old quarter in Hanoi. From the moment we arrived she did everything she could to accommodate us so that our stay in Hanoi would be unforgettable. It is very close to lots of the major touristic sites, which was convenient for us, and also close to the pub street. Additionally, the accommodation was clean and spacious and had all the amenities listed (and needed!). We would definitely come back and stay here if we come back to Hanoi in the future.

This was a familiar location for me since my friend lived nearby. Lots of taxi nearby too. No store opens nearby after late night so get your supplies early. Real hard bed. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Clean and spacious.

Chủ nhà nhiệt tình. Dễ thương. Nhà sạch thoáng. Đồ gì trong nhà cũng xịn xò nhất là đối với bạn nào nghiện đồ bếp và mấy dụng cụ như tụi mình. Chăn mền và ghế sofa thoải mái. Góc với đồ vật trong nhà chỗ nào cũng sống ảo được 😍. Bước chân xuống dưới là mall. Dọc 2 bên đường quán ăn sáng, trưa, tối nào cũng ngon. Mình thấy rất phù hợp với những bạn đi công tác hoặc team đông người. So với các loại căn hộ ở Hà Nội thì mình thấy ở đây là suất sắc nhất. Siêu tiện ích.

Vans place is an exellent and luksurious apartment. We really enjoyed our stay specially my kids with the rooftop pool in hot Hanoi. We would recomment Vans place anytime.

The place is in excellent condition, Times city has everything you need from shops, restaurants to beauty salon. Quy is also very helpful and nothing was difficult during my 3 nights stay!
