Holiday rentals with beach access in Dong-gu

It's about a 15 minute walk to the MRT but very close to the sea!It really is a sea view. There is a big refrigerator, battery stove, utensils, etc Great! Very clean Separate wet and dry toilets, although the door leaks a bit but not a big impact overall And a plug adapter!Round head to double flat head (but no turning voltage) Small table by the bed for breakfast was chill

This is a great place to stay for visitors to Busan! The apartment was spotlessly clean and has a fantastic view. The host provides many thoughtful amenities and is helpful and proactive. We would gladly stay again. Thank you 🙂

I loved my stay here!

It was my first trip to Busan with my family, so I looked around a lot and decided. As soon as I entered, the view was crazy ~ I was happy with a glass of beer while sitting by the window in the evening, looking at Gwangan Bridge, and the location was so comfortable for me to stay with my children ~ I had a good time in a very clean place with a good scent ~ ^^

We had a wonderful three-night stay! The house is new, spotlessly clean, and offers beautiful views. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions we had, which made our trip so much more convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Really perfect accommodation in a luxurious and new complex. The apartment was beautiful and the host was very nice. Whenever we will be in Busan, we will choose this place. I recommend it!

The location is great for an active nightlife. The street below does get pretty noisy but it quiets down after dark. The house is spotless and the view is amazing. We loved the balcony. The only downside for us was not being able to use the stovetop. The description and pictures in the listing are accurate. We had a nice relaxing stay!

Because it's a four-person stay May not have seen the toilet in one of the rooms Plus, one of the room doors has frosted glass, so you can see what the other person is doing. It's a quiet, clean, and lovely place to stay ~ It's my second visit and I'll leave you a review because it's still spotless. The sea is within walking distance, and you can see the sea from the terrace or the mirror in the master bedroom, and the morning sunrise was beautiful. It was nice to have a convenience store and coffee shop right in front of the accommodation. The accommodation is very, very clean, and the bedding is fluffy and clean, so you can sleep well. The bathroom was very clean and there were plenty of towels. There is a washing machine, rice cooker, toaster, Dyson hair dryer, and air purifier, and there is also a water purifier, so you don't have to buy bottled water. There were no shortages of kitchen utensils. There is a barbecue available on the spacious terrace, and there is a large table and several beds, so it was a great place to visit as a family or a group. I felt the care in decorating the space in one place, and the hosts were on the first floor, so they took care of me right away if I needed anything. It was a great place to stay for my healing trip, so if I come back to Songdo, I will visit again.

Photos don’t do it justice, perfect space for 3 people. Outside area was beautiful and so was the bedroom and the game space.

The space and quality are so good that it's this big at this price. However, the location is inclined, so if you have a bad knee or ankle, we recommend other places. Still, the accommodation is a place where you can fully offset the disadvantages of the surrounding area, so I highly recommend it.

This is the nicest home we’ve ever stayed in with Airbnb! Location was amazing. Home was beautiful. Host was extremely friendly and responsive. If there was a higher rating than 5 that is how I would rate this home! Loved it!!!

This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The interior design was fantastic, and the relaxing spaces on every balcony were simply amazing. The cleanliness was on par with, or even better than, a 5-star hotel. We were a group of nine people, including adults and children, and the space was more than enough. Our whole family was very happy with our stay. The host’s communication was excellent as well, and the location was super convenient! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

10/10 would recommend - PLEASE stay here the next time you’re in Busan!! The entire home is even better than the photos show. The space itself is huge and perfect for a group! We loved the layout and separation between the master and the second and third bedrooms. This gave each person their own space and privacy, with a great communal living room to spend time together. Everything was pristine and clean. The other huge plus is the view and building! It’s ultra modern and as described each room has an incredible view of Haeundae Beach. We originally had more plans on our itinerary but loved the views so much we spent a good amount of time in the home. The location is perfect if you want to explore the beach and just steps away from the Mipo station to take the sky capsule. And lastly the host Eric was kind and extremely responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed for check-in and responded to all my questions within minutes. We’d love to stay here again! Thank you Eric!

The interior is tidy, and the bed and blanket are very good. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided, so it's convenient. I wanted to use it because there was a gym, but it seemed like I had to contact the host in advance to get a card.. I didn't even tell you in advance, and it was quite late in the afternoon, so I just gave up exercising. If I go next time, I want to contact you in advance and try swimming and gym. The sea is also close, and there are many decent bars on the first floor, so it's good to take a walk with a beer or wine at night.
