Condo holiday rentals in Dong Nai

Chose this place for my staycation experience. Enjoy it, everything is exactly as shown in the picture. Very unique and well organized Japanese style. Room is clean and well-equipped. The biggest minus point is that there is no wifi and hair dryer so it is a bit inconvenient.

Un apartamento muy bonito decorado y con todo incluido. La dueña de la casa es muy amable y responde a cualquier duda para los viajeros. En el apartamento te sientes realmente como en casa ya que cuenta con todo en la cocina, salón y dormitorio. La cocina está completa, con muchos detalles para disfrutar de una experiencia local. El piano del salón es un detalle muy bonito y suena muy agradable. Fue la razón por la que elegimos esta casa porque no vemos la TV. En el dormitorio la cama tiene mantas de alta calidad, en el baño toallas nuevas y agua caliente. Alrededor del apartamento la ciudad está limpia y con muchas familias felices. Tienes muchas opciones para hacer compras de productos locales y importados. El autobús gratuito te puede llevar a cualquier parte de la zona, como al parque, Mall y otros negocios que pudimos e descubrir por el mapa. Recomendamos el apartamento. Vivimos una experiencia agradable.

the owner is very good and responsible person... she will instruct and help you in many way even she cannot write in english... im so thankful to her for helping me in renting motorcycle with cheap price about 90k vnd per day... with that bike i ride until district 1 for sight seeing everyday... love to ride in ho chi minh

Evolet's one-bedroom apartment is charming and cozy, with thoughtful details in every corner. I especially loved the balcony adorned with lush green plants. Additionally, the apartment complex offers numerous amenities on the ground floor, including a swimming pool, a children's park, and several lovely cafes and beauty salons. I had a wonderful experience staying here and look forward to returning next time!

We have a great stay at the place. Very cozy and cute decoration. The bed room and balcony have a very nice river view. Jennie is friendly and proactive host. High recommended!

Great premium class property and very spacious flat. The area is less congested and has everything you need - a gourmet store, several coffee shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket etc, plus very close to downtown and D2. Was renting for my family visiting and they were very happy with the apartment and the amenities.

I decided to stay outside Ho Chi Minh centre because it is too noisy and find Antonio's apartment at Origami Grand Park where you can go from the centre by public bus(GRP03 is free and goes from and to the Ho Chi minh city centre) , taxi for faster transfer or bike from Grab mobile app or other convenient transportation apps. The apartment has more than basics. You can find also in the kitchen noodles from visitors who bought from local market, a bottle of mineral water etc. There is also a super easy to use for free, washing machine at the balcony. The area is quiet, there is NO traffic noise from your balcony and also there is no noise from neighbours like hotels. Antonio responded quickly to my requests and give me advices for the city and the area around the apartment. I recommend the apartment as a value for money choise and for those who don't want to have noise problems from the traffic streets or neighbours and want a more natural place around.

The apartment is located in a good complex of buildings from a well-known developer. Convenient location and excellent infrastructure. Very polite housing manager (but this is Vietnam, everyone is polite here). The manager can offer you two housing options in one building, the second housing, which is called "new", is much better and I recommend taking this option.

Tôi đã có một kì nghỉ tuyệt vời tại nhà của Hao, ngôi nhà rất sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, xung quanh có nhiều tiện ích, nhà hàng, siêu thị, chợ đêm, xe buýt miễn phí, tôi thật sự rất hài lòng về nơi này, Hao rất thân thiện và tiếp đón tôi một cách chu đáo, tôi chắc chắn sẽ trở lại nơi này!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is much bigger than the images and has all of the necessary things for a long term stay (spare sheets, washing machine, full kitchen utensils and more). The hosts are very responsive and really helpful in navigating the area.
