Condo holiday rentals in Dong Nai

Chose this place for my staycation experience. Enjoy it, everything is exactly as shown in the picture. Very unique and well organized Japanese style. Room is clean and well-equipped. The biggest minus point is that there is no wifi and hair dryer so it is a bit inconvenient.

A very nice apartment decorated and all inclusive. The owner of the house is very friendly and answers any questions for travelers. In the apartment you really feel at home as it has everything in the kitchen, living room and bedroom. The kitchen is complete, with lots of details for a local experience. The piano in the living room is a very nice detail and sounds very nice. It was the reason we chose this house because we don't see the TV. In the bedroom the bed has high quality blankets, in the bathroom new towels and hot water. Around the apartment the city is clean and with many happy families. You have so many choices to shop for local and imported products. The free bus can take you anywhere in the area, such as to the park, mall and other businesses that we could and discover by the map. We recommend the apartment. We have a pleasant experience.

the owner is very good and responsible person... she will instruct and help you in many way even she cannot write in english... im so thankful to her for helping me in renting motorcycle with cheap price about 90k vnd per day... with that bike i ride until district 1 for sight seeing everyday... love to ride in ho chi minh

Evolet's one-bedroom apartment is charming and cozy, with thoughtful details in every corner. I especially loved the balcony adorned with lush green plants. Additionally, the apartment complex offers numerous amenities on the ground floor, including a swimming pool, a children's park, and several lovely cafes and beauty salons. I had a wonderful experience staying here and look forward to returning next time!

I’m extremely satisfied with this room, especially its prime location – just a few minutes’ walk to Vincom, making shopping, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient. Despite being right in the center, the room remains quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting after a day of exploring. The room is clean and fresh, with modern furniture and full amenities: strong air conditioning, super-fast Wi-Fi, a handy kitchenette, and a dry bathroom with stable hot water. The bed is comfortable with clean linens, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The host is friendly and helpful, providing easy check-in instructions and always being ready to assist when needed. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and clear local recommendations.

Fantastic stay just outside the major city, however still really close you can go sight seeing each day. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Quiet location and great place to stay at! Has everything you'll need and more. Really easy to get to, check in, and very responsive host. Would recommend for anyone and especially families.

Great premium class property and very spacious flat. The area is less congested and has everything you need - a gourmet store, several coffee shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket etc, plus very close to downtown and D2. Was renting for my family visiting and they were very happy with the apartment and the amenities.

I decided to stay outside Ho Chi Minh centre because it is too noisy and find Antonio's apartment at Origami Grand Park where you can go from the centre by public bus(GRP03 is free and goes from and to the Ho Chi minh city centre) , taxi for faster transfer or bike from Grab mobile app or other convenient transportation apps. The apartment has more than basics. You can find also in the kitchen noodles from visitors who bought from local market, a bottle of mineral water etc. There is also a super easy to use for free, washing machine at the balcony. The area is quiet, there is NO traffic noise from your balcony and also there is no noise from neighbours like hotels. Antonio responded quickly to my requests and give me advices for the city and the area around the apartment. I recommend the apartment as a value for money choise and for those who don't want to have noise problems from the traffic streets or neighbours and want a more natural place around.

The apartment is located in a good complex of buildings from a well-known developer. Convenient location and excellent infrastructure. Very polite housing manager (but this is Vietnam, everyone is polite here). The manager can offer you two housing options in one building, the second housing, which is called "new", is much better and I recommend taking this option.

This room is private and quiet.I can cook things and swimming.If you want to take a walk, that's ok.There is a small shop downstairs to sell things.This place is a little far from the city center.Will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is much bigger than the images and has all of the necessary things for a long term stay (spare sheets, washing machine, full kitchen utensils and more). The hosts are very responsive and really helpful in navigating the area.
