チェックインは簡単でした。設備は新しくて、シャワーの水圧や温度も充分でした。コンビニやお店も近くにありました。1区へは距離がありますが、快適な部屋でした。

Sam's place is simply amazing! Sam's Co host is also verygood and friendly. The surrounding area is peaceful and clean, the building is lovely,.modern and has good security making it comfortable and safe for tourists like myself to stay. It is also easily accessible. The apartment was squeaky clean prior to check in. The apartment has good and basic amenities insitu like strong WiFi, washing machine, functional household items and so much more! It added to my beautiful experience in Ho chi minh city!

Our family had pleasant time at Duyen's house. Small and cozy place made we feel like home. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the playground very much. Pool is excellent, not too windy compare to other luxury pool in the close by area. Duyen is a very kind host. She always promptly respond to any of my concerns. Highly recommend!

We spent New Year's Eve in the newly developed Vinhomes area. The host was very kind and helpful, answering all our questions promptly.

The apartment is located in a good complex of buildings from a well-known developer. Convenient location and excellent infrastructure. Very polite housing manager (but this is Vietnam, everyone is polite here). The manager can offer you two housing options in one building, the second housing, which is called "new", is much better and I recommend taking this option.

I had an amazing one-month stay here! The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and equipped with high-quality kitchen tools, which made cooking a pleasure. Điền was an outstanding host, always quick and clear in communication. The surrounding area is perfect for peaceful, relaxed living. Highly recommended!

The host (Huy aka Robert) was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was as advertised. Beautiful view from the 20th floor of the building. The apartment was very well-equipped so i didn’t need to buy much else. There are plenty of shops, restaurants nearby so not a problem if you don’t like cooking your own food.

Tôi đã có một kì nghỉ tuyệt vời tại nhà của Hao, ngôi nhà rất sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, xung quanh có nhiều tiện ích, nhà hàng, siêu thị, chợ đêm, xe buýt miễn phí, tôi thật sự rất hài lòng về nơi này, Hao rất thân thiện và tiếp đón tôi một cách chu đáo, tôi chắc chắn sẽ trở lại nơi này!

Phòng đẹp, trang trí nhẹ nhàng, ấm cúng. Sảnh đón đẹp, nhân viên lễ tân và bảo vệ rât thân thiện. Tiện ích nội khu rất tốt, hồ bơi rộng, có chỗ đi dạo rất lý tưởng.

This place is one of only few in this newly devloped project 'SwanBay'. There are 3 huge swimming pools free to use, a gym, supermarket, few restaurants. Either you arrange your own transport to get to the island or take the ferry from district 1. Overall, the compound feels a bit unreal as hardly anyone is living there yet. But that's also a plus as you got all the facilities to yourself.

The host was really helpful and responsive, her family members were really friendly and helpful to us as well. If you have a plan or activities in Thủ Đức, this is a place to consider.

Exactly as seen in pictures, stayed couple weeks. Wonderful family, greeted me well everytime with smile and always offered to help even for small things. taught me a little vietnamese too. overall good experience what I expected had my own privacy away from usual tourist activity. overall worth what I paid for, will love to come again. They hav a big pool, I prefer to use it noon before lunch so always had it all for myself. Good security as it's within a community of villas. Cons: Little outside from city center situated in highway. But accessible with grab taxi and 15mins walk to find many restaurants of choice.

I loved staying at Ánh’s place. Her and her family were very friendly and kind. The location was peaceful, perfect for those working and looking to stay outside the busy city. I highly recommend anyone wanting to book a stay here.

A great space to stay, the household necessities are fully complete. Very convenience for us while have a work journey there.
