Hi. It is a space for up to 12 people, including a single multi-story and terrace on the 1st and 2nd floors. The total floor space is around 60 pyeong, with an indoor space of around 40 pyeong (1st floor) and 10 pyeong (2nd floor). Depending on the number of people, 3 to 5 rooms and 1 to 3 toilets can be provided. Because it is not a new construction, There are old parts, but at least all bedding is replaced every time and washed and dried with a professional eco-friendly detergent. Without high expectations for the facilities, it will be the most suitable space for 5-10 or more people by comparing the advantages and disadvantages. El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is a location where you can travel to tourist attractions in Gyeongju such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung and Wolji, and right next to it, there are restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (olive) in Hwangnidan-gil.

Florian's Gyeongju Airbnb completely exceeded expectations with its perfect blend of serene location and tasteful decor that beautifully balanced modern comfort with local cultural character. Thoughtful amenities were evident throughout, from the well-stocked kitchen to quality toiletries and welcome touches. We were delighted to meet our host in person, who was exceptionally kind and gracious, providing insider tips and going above and beyond for guest comfort. Well connected via bus routes to nearby historic sites and the town center, we had a wonderful stay in Gyeongju. Highly recommended & would visit again!

The best place we stayed during our two-week trip to Korea. It's a true haven of peace and tranquility — very warm, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is functional, and when we arrived, the fridge was stocked (bread and pastries, homemade jams, fruit, dairy products, and even a bottle of wine). We would have loved to stay longer. Gyeongju, in general, is a gem to be discovered at a leisurely pace.

It was prettier than the photos. The props were neatly decorated for the race, and the equipment was all prepared, so it was comfortable. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The accommodation was spacious, so it was perfect for a family trip. There are ruins and Hwangnidan-gil nearby, so accessibility is good. The host is also very kind. Next time I come to Gyeongju, I'll come here again.

My friends and I spent a couple of days at the house and were impressed by how much thought and attention to detail went into everything. The house is not only beautiful but also very comfortable. Everything was spotless, and we had everything we needed. The host was kind, welcoming, and made sure we were well taken care of, which we really appreciated. The location is ideal for walking around the old city, and public transport from the house was also convenient. Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would definitely come back!
