Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Dongjak District

The apartment is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood, yet there are plenty of authentic restaurants nearby. The area also has excellent transport links. May is a wonderful host - all instructions were detailed and provided proactively (I didn't even have to ask anything).

The accommodation was so tidy, and the checkout time was so much longer than other accommodations, so it was so nice! The host was so kind! The room is naturally so pretty and the computer works well Have a good date!!

This apartment felt so homey and cozy! The amenities were complete and high quality—I especially loved the body care products, I’ll be hunting them down all over Korea! The neighborhood is peaceful and very local, not a tourist area, which I loved. I had dinner nearby every night, and the aunties and uncles selling food were so kind and friendly. It truly felt like coming home. Even though I don’t speak Korean, the people around were always helpful and warm. Special thanks to May, the sweetest and most helpful host ever! I arrived late at night, and she still waited for me and replied super fast to every question I had. She’s a super duper host for sure! The location is also very convenient—only 2 minutes’ walk to subway and bus stops. Everything was easy and accessible. I’m so sad to leave, but I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this place if you want a real, heartwarming experience in Korea! ❤️❤️❤️

We had an amazing stay here for the last 8 days. Kelly sent out confirmation and instructions a week before our trip and it was very helpful. Her instructions were clear and photos made sense, but it is confusing as a foreigner and our airport bus dropped us off somewhere really far away so we were confused, but that was user error. They had helpful information cards on everything in the apartment from the AC remote to the trash and recycling areas. I had so many questions since my Korean is limited and she always responded within 20 minutes or less. The place itself was very quiet surprisingly for downtown Gangnam, and so much around and it's right outside Gangnam exit 1. The place was a little bit smaller than I was expecting from photos but it was cozy and definitely more than enough space for us. It was clean, nice extra stuff like a water purifier and air fryer and we were able to utilize the laundry too which was a plus. Highly recommend!

The environment overall was good, and most of all the hosts were very quick to respond, and they were so kind to help us with issues and recommending our unique and different places to visit, so much appreciated by them!

An amazing apartment. blBalcony was such a plus. lovely to sit and catch rays on a morning. very quiet. on 20th floor so amazing views. it was small but for amount of time I spent in it tbh who cares. host was outstanding and very helpful. no issues at all. would definitely recommend and book again.

I found this place while going to Yeouido because of the marathon, and the location and facilities were so good in every way. I'll use it again when I get a chance.

I definitely recommend staying in Lumos’ place and would love to stay there again in the future if I find myself in Seoul again. Lumos’ place was clean and spacious and was very conveniently located next to Dangsan station on line 2 which made commuting very convenient. There is a convenience store connected to the accommodation and also some restaurant options in the area as well. The instructions for check in and check out given were also very clear.

Love the place - peaceful, easy to get to and cosy. Near to many shops, train station and Seoul Forest. Would love to come back again!

Han put a lot of explanation (even in english) that were very helpful. The appartment is exactly as it looks in the photos, it is really cozy. The subway station is really close, which is a big plus, and the river too.

A very clean and comfortable one- bedroom apartment. Conveniently located right next to the subway station. Host is kind and helpful.

It was nice to have a good scent in the accommodation after checking in, I was able to have a pleasant day with the host's kind and quick response! It was close to Bupyeong Station, so it was easy to walk, and there was a large window on the upper floor, so I wasn't stuffy! The bathroom and room are clean, so if I come to Bupyeong, I want to visit again:)

We had a great stay - Serena was a very responsive, attentive host and answered all of our questions and inquiries. The location was extremely convenient and we would absolutely stay there again, particularly for a longer trip. Instructions for taking the airport limo bus were flawless, and it's basically across the street from the in-town terminal. Only very positive things to say!

Jenna was an extremely responsive host whenever I had questions about the gym, trash disposal. Her apartment was clean and ~5-7 min walk to Yeoksam and Gangnam station with convenience stores just across apartment. Love that the building had a big gym (with 3-4 treadmills etc) - though its operating hours might not fit those looking to hit a gym early morning. Would recommend this to business travelers looking for a cosy, clean place to stay with crucial amenities

Lee & Oh’s place is super clean and comfortable, made us felt right at home. You can feel a lot of love and care have been put into the apartment as the owners pay attention to every small detail, making our stay very comfortable. The apartment is also very spacious and perfect for families. Would definitely recommend 100%z

This was a in great place, great location, right next to the Starfield Shopping Mall. There is a trail nearby, if you are into a hiking or cycling or just serenity walk. This apartment has a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom with spacious living room with dining table. Couch or Sofa would have been nice, though! Nevertheless, we enjoyed very much with this apartment.

I booked it while looking for a place to stay in Dongtan, and I liked it because it was a clean and spacious duplex apartment. It was convenient to have a restaurant and a convenience store right below the accommodation. Thank you for responding to the message quickly. If I come to the Dongtan area again, I want to visit again.

First of all, the room is neat and clean as you see on the pictures. Jeongja-dong is a hidden gem-like area near Seoul. Since the atmosphere of day and night is different and there are quite a few good restaurants nearby, you can stay in a peaceful and warm atmosphere without moving far away.

Incredibly responsive Host who gives great instructions, with photos, about how to find the apartment (otherwise it would have been hard to find). The apartment and view were like the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable (I used the second bedroom for my clothes and didn’t sleep on that bed). The master bedroom had a large closet, as well, that my Husband used (I always over pack) The kitchen was well stocked with eating utensils, tissues, paper towels (not common in Korean Airbnbs) and there was a closet that had a washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen also had a water filter that dispensed cold and hot water (saved us from having to buy bottled water). The apartment grounds were beautifully landscaped with a little park for children. Nearby was a grocery store, convince store, good restaurants and fast food (Mom’s Touch), as well as coffee shops and bakeries. We were also walking distance to Subway, Central Park, Tri-bowel, G-Tower and Moonlight Festival Park.

It's near the subway station, so the location is good. The accommodation is clean and has all the amenities. It's well-equipped with toiletries, cooking utensils, basic seasonings, and detergents, so you just need to bring your own clothes for long-term stays.
