잠시 운영을 중지하였다가 정비하여 재오픈합니다 1. 1965년 지어진 한옥을 2012년 대수선하였고 부모님과 함께 30년 이상 살았던 집입니다. 2.집전체를 독채로 사용하시는 공간입니다. 넓은 마당과 아기자기한 정원이 있어 툇마루에 앉으면 사각하늘과 함께 고요하고 느린 시간을 즐기실 수 있습니다. 공간과 마당이 넓어 답답하지 않은 여유가 있습니다. 3.침실 3개, 화장실이 1개, 넓은 부엌이 있습니다. 침실 2개에는 퀸사이즈 침대가 있고 부엌과 거실이 연결되어있으며 3번째 방은 입구가 따로 있는 작은방입니다. 4인 초과시 별도의 요금으로 작은방에 요와 이불을 준비해드리니 문의바랍니다(최대 6인 가능) 4.다도를 준비해놓고 있습니다. 카페인이 없는 차(작두콩 차)로 준비하였으니 시간 상관없이 온가족이 즐기시기 바랍니다. 5.경복궁역 2번출구에서 도보로 8분거리이며 서촌지역 끝자락에 위치하여 통인시장과 서촌, 청와대, 경복궁, 삼청동 모두 도보로 이동하실수 있습니다.

So we will be able to help you anytime in case you need anything. Kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor and bedroom is on the first floor. This was my first stay in this particular apartment after a number of stays in a larger apartment upstairs in the same building. I found this apartment to be perfect for this trip as I was traveling alone and staying for a month therefore had more luggage than I would on a shorter trip. The apartment is very private, clean and well appointed. I love that you can sit at the table with the backdoor out onto a small balcony open and have a lovely view of the tree that grows outside without anyone being able to look in. This neighbourhood is very handy to public transport and to Mt Ansan if you like hiking. There is also a fabulous traditional market a very short walk away that rarely sees many tourists. There are many local restaurants and cafes but the accommodation is peaceful and quiet with no traffic noise. The host family who look after these apartments are very kind and generous and I look forward to seeing them again on my next trip.

호스트분이 엄청 친절하게 궁금한거 있는지 챙겨주시고, 위치도 자세하게 알려주셔서 아주 좋았습니다! 방도 굉장히 넓고 사진에 나온것보다도 훨씬 깔끔하고 좋았어요!!! 화장실도 깔끔하고 샴푸린스바디워시 등에 수건까지 필요한것도 다 있었습니다!! 다음에 홍대 올일 있으면 또 예약할 숙소입니다 굿!👍

Lydia was very friendly and communicative throughout the check in till out process. Location was very near sejong food alley and convenient to cab out from. Room was cozy and water dispenser was very helpful. Fruits platter and personal recommendations welcome session was also a pleasant surprise. Pity I only stayed a night, would have stayed longer if I had known there was more to do than just gyeongbokgung. Will go back again!

I had an amazing stay at Soon & Dong's apartment! It was fully equipped with everything I needed and very close to an underground station, making my visit comfortable and convenient. The host went above and beyond - picking me up from the nearest station before check-in, sharing great local recommendations and maintaining fast and clear communication throughout my stay. Even after I checked out they kindly assisted me to my next destination in Seoul. Their hospitality and kindness truly made a difference and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and their apartment to anyone visiting the area. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!
