We had a great time in Nairobi and enjoyed the apartment. Everything was exactly as described. Clean and comfortable apartment with adequate room for relaxing. Water stayed hot and washing machine was a huge amenity. Host communicated timely which made for a smooth check in and check out. Will definitely look to book another stay in the future. Grace was very easy and fast to communicate! Checkin was easy and all our problems are timely solved. The bedding was initially not super clean but they were very attentive in changing and cleaning. Great value for the price!

I had a wonderful stay at Anaïse’s apartment. The space was clean, quiet, and exactly as described perfect for a comfortable and peaceful visit to Nairobi. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was ideal for getting around. Anaïse was responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend her place, and I’d definitely stay here again.

This is definitely the best airbnb experience I’ve ever had ! Pristine, incredibly spacious and comfortable , with all the furniture , appliances and conveniences available . Sufficient amenities were provided . The place is extremely safe and secure , quiet and private . As a host ,Premal was outstanding ! He communicated promptly and respectfully , and was very responsive to our needs . We felt very well cared for . Premal’s place is a gem and I shall certainly be back.

This was the second time staying at Virginia's. It's a beautiful space and I'm so glad I went back. There's so much intentionality in this space, with just about everything you need. There are teas, spices and oil, which were very helpful. There is a little space heater which is great, now that we're in the cold season. The apartment is sparkling clean, looks better than the pics and has a great vibe. Virginia is prompt to reply and is very helpful. The location is great. It's easy to get to and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It also feels very safe. The guards are friendly and help with check in. The shower is amazing and the bathrobes are very cosy. The bed is big and incredibly comfortable. My stay was peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be back!

I would highly recommend this place. I had a great stay in this cozy and elegant apartment located in Kilimani. The apartment is nicely decorated with a modern and warm touch. The location is perfect, close to good restaurants such as Lavy Restaurant (200 meters). The hosts were very welcoming and responsive when needed. Hakuna Matata! Monia

Fantastic and spacious 3 bedroom apt on 22nd floor - great view over Nairobi and opposite to JW Marriott hotel. safe location in Westlands, easy access to any location via Bolt/Uber. We truly enjoyed our stay and even extended by 2 days. We will certainly come back to this place, once we visit Nairobi again. Fully recommended.

Great support from Christine during the entire stay! The apartment is nice and every time we needed support with anything we got help very quickly. The gym is nice but the swimming pool is maybe not that much to write home about. Would definitely recommend this place for other travelers!

The check In proces was soo smooth i was extremely impressed. Loved all the thoughtful touches around the house, everything was just perfect. i have been using Airbnb for years in different countries and i must say Lucy's place is one of the best airbnbs I have every stayed at. it is very clean, and immaculately furnished, just like in the pictures. it's proximity to Yaya Centre was a plus for me and my family. great restaurants within a walking distance and was easily accessible due to the good road network around the area. Lucy was very responsive, has a great sense of humor and was willing to assist whenever we needed something. if you have an upcoming trip to Nairobi, this is a place to stay at because of many other positive aspects that I am not able to exhaust in my review due to the word limit. we will definitely stay at Lucy's again when I visit Nairobi. we enjoyed our visit partly because we had a very comfortable place to stay at. a very clean and cozy place. it met our expectations. I can't wait to come back.

Everlyne's place was exactly as described, and I must say - absolutely a delight to stay at! All the procedures and amenities were as described and easy to access. The place itself is lovely, with wonderful views of the area. The 72 inch TV was a hit with some of my friends :-D

I stayed here for 10 days in May 2025 for work. The flat was exactly as described. Very clean, well equipped, secure, and spacious. The hot water and internet worked well. It was cleaned every few days which was wonderful. I was able to do my laundry easily. The compound is very secure. It is a ground floor flat which looks out into the parking lot, so I don’t open the curtains very often. I was at work most of the time so this wasn’t an issue for me.

Wonderful place in Westlands at the heart of Nairobi. Furnished and clean place that felt just like home. Trizah was very responsive and welcoming.

Shelmith's place stood out in the listings because of its value and we're so glad we booked! Beautiful apartment with lots of space, storage, natural light, spotlessly clean and lovely design features. Mostly we loved it because it was cozy, quiet, in green surrounds, tight security and walking distance or short uber to all you might need. Great bed, comfy sofas, huge TV and a fully stocked kitchen. Shelmith was a responsive and super friendly host and no question was too much. We extended our stay and can't wait to come back next time. Found a keeper for future Nairobi trips 😊
