A stylish self contained studio apartment with plenty of private off road parking, in the beautiful village of Coleorton. With open plan kitchen and living area equipped to cater for up to 4 guests. There is one king size bed and a double sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed for one night ONLY please supply your own bedding/towels for it. More than one night sofa bed bedding/towels will be provided. With idyllic countryside surroundings, this new build is perfect for either business or leisure.

With country walks on the doorstep and only a 20-minute walk into the old market town of Ashby, provides an idyllic place for walkers, cyclists, and business travellers. Nearby amenities include Hicks Lodge (National Cycle Centre), Conkers, Ashby Castle, Charnwood Forest Alpacas and Calke Abbey are a few!

The downstairs compromises of a cosy living room, fully equipped kitchen with dryer-washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave and all essentials to make the guests stay feel like a home away from home. The upstairs has 2 spacious double bedrooms and 1 single. There is also a bathroom with newly fitted shower over bath.

This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.
