What a lovely place! We had a great time and the kids were outside playing all the time. The family is very sweet and welcoming. They even brought us home made cake.

We had an amazing stay at Jelena and Nikola's villa, located in a picturesque setting overlooking the Bay of Kotor. The house has everything for a comfortable stay, a lovely garden, and the calming sound of waves. The area is perfect for exploring Venetian Mediterranean architecture and offers cozy restaurants, scenic beaches, and breathtaking nature. Numerous trails up Mount Vrmac cater to active travelers. Jelena and Nikola were exceptionally hospitable, providing local recommendations and assistance with any questions. The villa is well-suited for remote work, and they even helped set up a workspace. We loved our stay so much that we extended it for a few more weeks in this beautiful location.

Zeljka was a very good host. I liked the view of the house, the layout of the furniture, the cleanliness of the environment, and the availability of all the tools and equipment that might be needed. In addition, it was a very nice gesture to give us his own beach umbrella to use when we asked him to suggest a place where we could rent a beach umbrella. There was only one mirror in the house, and the fact that there was only one mirror in a house that offered accommodation for 4 people was a bit of a problem, but we didn't have much of a problem because it was a situation that could be improved.

Undoubtedly the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! The amenities and facilities of the house were perfect. A great home with kitchen facilities, laundry and dishwashers and air conditioners. We definitely hope to be here again when we come back. The location of the house is great because it is a place with traffic problems! There is a parking lot to park the car and it is almost within walking distance to everywhere in Kotor. Discover paradise on foot! And Aleksandar is a tremendous person. I was amazed by the beautiful house they built. He also conveyed very fast returns and instructions. He told me a lot of information about the city before and after I arrived. I am very happy to have known him. I know you have a friend here, 😉 so you can choose this house with your eyes closed. I'm sure you'll be very happy to leave ✨

We recently stayed at Tanja’s wonderful top floor apartment in Budva, and it exceeded our expectations. The balcony offers truly breathtaking views that made every morning and evening special. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the charming Old Town and the beautiful beach, making it easy to explore and relax without hassle. Loved my stay here! Excellent location to walk into town, get to the beaches, cafes or restaurants while also being able to right up into the mountain trails for incredible views and nature time. Very friendly, responsive, and helpful hosts with great local recommendations who made sure everything was going OK without being intrusive. Cute, stylish, clean, modern apartment had everything needed for a long term stay. I definitely recommend it for a lovely stay in Tivat!

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

The building is new and the room was very clean and with everything you need to spend a few days in Kotor. The setting is beautiful and very quiet, and it has a spectacular view of the Bay of Kotor. Communication with Jaroslav was smooth and cordial. Thank you!

Super close to the old town, and steak restaurant near by is good! Bedroom got nice and dim with the window shades and fan in room even though there was AC as well!

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road, but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!

Fantastic place with great views. Comfy, clean and well furnished. Easy access to the sea and a shop (5 min walk). Kruna was responsive and helpful and her father in law who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

The apartment was as described. We liked the parking spot and that we were surrounded by lots of supermarkets. The hosts were super nice and available for questions. They recommended some beaches and restaurants to us. We had a good time !

We had a fantastic stay at Smiljka’s place. Immaculately clean, and every detail thought of. Amenities including air con were great. She was extremely responsive during our stay, including recommendations on where to hire a car from, as well as tips about the local area. The location is as described, less than 5 minute stroll to the beach (it is a pebble beach, so would recommend swim shoes or Crocs if you can) and 10 minutes from Kotor Old Town, which was beautiful and full of places to go to eat and explore. We travelled by car, so a private parking spot so central was an added bonus. It was a little tricky to find initially, but Smiljka was amazing, communicated with us the whole time and met us on the road and guided us in. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking to travel to Kotor. Thanks for a great stay Smiljka!
