Iris and Jasmin's accommodation really enhanced our stay in Dubrovnik. Located just outside the city and directly on the water, it is the perfect balance between tranquility and seclusion and proximity to the city. The center of Dubrovnik is easily accessible from here by car or bus. There are smaller supermarkets in the vicinity. We were particularly satisfied with the hospitality; the accommodation was very clean, towels were provided and there was also fruit, drinks, dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets. The communication was easy and uncomplicated and all in all the accommodation is highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful accommodation right by the water. The pool, the view and the still water outside made the days flow together in a calm, almost meditative pace. The place is in a very quiet little town - perfect for total relaxation, although it might be a little too quiet for our 21-year-old. But we never got bored: we paddled kayaks and SUPs, fished, cycled along the coast and ended each evening with a barbecue dinner and an incredible sunset over the beautifully lit bridge. It's only a mile to Dubrovnik's old town, which made it easy to get into more life and movement when we wanted a change. A perfect combination of peaceful nature, seaside activities and proximity to culture and history.

The compact and comfortable flat is well-maintained and offers a pleasant view.A bus stop is located over the road.However, you must walk in for eight minutes and obtain a ticket that leads to a steep hill in order to catch the bus approaching pile gate (ancient town)However when returing the bus drop point is across the street near to apartment. We had a car, but there isn't a designated parking spot, so you have to park it on the slope where other people's cars are parked.

The flat is spotlessly clean and well equipped, in a lovely location. Petra met us to show us around and give us inform about the area 😊 There is a bus stop near the house that goes straight to Dubrovnik old town or an Uber was about 10 euro (around 30 euro to the airport) It is on a narrow waterside road, we would have been a bit nervous driving on it if we had hired a car so glad we didn’t bother with that!
