Our extended family (6 adults, 2 children, and a baby) stayed here for a week. Our arrival flight was delayed and we arrived at 4 a.m., but Ante arranged the check-in without any problems, so we had an amazing first impression. The accommodation was exactly as described—and even a little more. We were extremely happy with everything. There was enough space for all of us, and everything was clean. We were lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy the pool area every day. We can't praise this villa enough! Ante and his family are genuinely kind and helpful people.They respected our privacy, but whenever we needed help, they were there. I wish there were more people like them.

My stay in the apartment was absolutely wonderful! The place turned out to be an ideal choice for a break from the everyday hustle and bustle — a quiet, peaceful environment, and at the same time with easy access to the necessary amenities. The apartment itself was very cozy, clean and well equipped – everything I needed was at hand. I especially liked the terrace, where you could drink your morning coffee or have breakfast. As well as a swimming pool where you could relax. The owner was very nice and helpful - quick and hassle-free contact. This place has something special - you return from it rested, relaxed and smiling. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a break from everyday life! I will definitely come back here again. 😊

Perfect in every way. A beautiful, tastefully decorated, luxurious villa with a breathtaking seascape view. Comfortable and well stocked, Tatjana, who is such a thoughtful and helpful host, has thought of everything. Sparkling clean throughout, this is by far the best Airbnb we have visited.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

We had a great time staying in this villa as a family of four. The whole property was as beautiful, modern, and clean as shown on the pictures. Highly recommended. The host, Blaž, was super responsive, nice, and caring. He even offered us great wine, olive oil and allowed us to pick fresh fruits and vegetables from the adjacent family fields. He was always available and extremely helpful with any question we had.

I was very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful villa and I am completely thrilled! Even the first step into the villa was a real highlight: everything was incredibly clean, stylishly furnished and you immediately felt at home. A special thank you goes to Matteo, who really thought of everything. The villa was fully equipped, you didn't have to bring anything from home. I had a few things with me, but in retrospect, that was completely unnecessary. There was really everything you need for a relaxed stay. Matteo was also always available and immediately took care of everything if you needed something. Such hospitality is rare! I can fully recommend this villa. It was an unforgettably beautiful stay happy to come back!

Everything was top-notch! The house was just a 20-minute drive from Zadar, making it super convenient to visit the city while still enjoying peace and privacy. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The host was incredibly kind – she even brought us cake and really cared about making our stay great. The house itself was perfect: very spacious, lots of bathrooms, and an amazing private pool. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the city but still enjoy privacy and comfort. I would definitely come back!

We loved the stay and the accommodation. We had a nice time, even our dog felt comfortable! The pool is very pleasant in terms of temperature. The house is very nicely decorated! We had our peace and enjoyed the luxury!
